I don't need an expensive cult, I can pull the wool over my own eyes!
I’m bored with warmed over Jett Travolta sads. How many more of these we gonna get?
Hard to justify all these PR stories without a new death. (<Bad man. Bad, bad man.)
I am not bored with them. I am disgusted by them Same thing. I do not want to hear any more.
"In 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, Scientology technology repeatedly and successfully keeps on doing the thing it was supposed to have achieved in 2009."
Oscars 2014: John Travolta's dyslexia kicks in on Idina Menzel's name | Examiner.com
John Travolta is currently feeling the wrath of the Internet after a brief appearance on the Academy Awards that took place on the evening of Sunday, March 2, 2014. He stepped out on stage at the Oscars to just introduce Idina Menzel so she could sing the hit "Let It Go" from Disney's "Frozen." Once he introduced her, he butchered her name, and the Internet immediately jumped on him.
What a lot of people don't realize is that John Travolta has battled dyslexia throughout his life.
Menzel had a huge set up for the song from the Disney hit, and it had actually been built up for weeks. She was prepared to let it go with "Let It Go" and bring the icy house down.
Things didn't start out well though as Travolta stepped on stage, with a hairdo that the Internet couldn't resist ripping on either, and mangled her name to no end.
"There will always be a special place in my heart for the movie musical. And for the songs that creat their most memorable moments. Here to perform the Oscar-nominated, gorgeously-empowering song 'Let It Go,' from the Oscar-winning animated movie 'Frozen,' please welcome the wickedly talented...one and only...Adele Dazeem."
Sounds like he mixed up the syllables doesn't it? Travolta has before spoken about how the Church of Scientology has helped his dyslexia.
Idi-na Men-zel. A-dele Da-zeem.
Think about it and you can tell that syllables seemed to get mixed up and put together.
After that, Menzel performed a great rendition of "Let It Go," got a standing ovation, and exited the stage. It was then that the Internet jumped on Travolta.
It seems a lot of people don't know that he has a history of trouble reading, but it's too late now. The Internet is jumping on him about the mix-up, his hair, and anything else they can attack.

LOLOl, Jorn Tromolto!
But... but... I thought Scientology could CURE dyslexia? Tom said so himself!
Actually I didn't know it. I could do a search for "dyslexia" and "travolta" in all the news articles in my archive, but I'm fairly sure the only hits would be ones that mentioned Tom Cruise's on/off dyslexia and Travolta.
Tom's dyslexia that Scientology cured/he never had has been an issue for a while, so I think I'd have noticed any reverence to Travolta's dyslexia.

I could be wrong. I'll coffee-up and look.
Watch: John Travolta had the most epic f*ck-up at this years Oscars
lol whoops Johhny!
question.... who in Holly- Lolly Land (aging men) change their hair back and forth from short to long, short to long, short to long, and back to black astro turf to long again constantly?
I mean of course for a movie part.... sure.
But I am surprised that people haven't said more about his ever changing locks. There's been some chatter, but not too much. Showing up with a head a hair like that is uber ridiculous. And the change is far from subtle LOL! What is he a chia head?
Maybe it's the 'ol "beloved John Travolta thing" where people don't like to talk bad about him too much.
But with his latest kerfuffle, people didn't hold back.
Pity that people seem more concerned and have more to say about his hair and his wrong pronunciation of a name rather than what happened with Jett.
Now THAT was something that people should have lit up the internet with and asked more questions about the butt load of unanswered questions surrounding his death.
I still have a long list of questions, that I feel were never addressed properly. Authorities and people let him and Kelly off the hook way too easily.
just watched Access Hollywood Live and they totally trashed Travolta
For people to finally start calling him out on letting his son die through neglect, people first need to not find him a sympathetic character. This may be the start.

Being told you are infallible makes one lazy and careless.
Suck it JT. Oh, wait, he'd like that.
Thread title should be,
"John Travolta: Scientology Helping Us Heel After Jett's Death"
This thread WAS about JT's "recovery" ( rolls eyes) but someone stuck the Oscar story here. So now it's a mix of old JT fucked up and....

So we should relabel the thread, How John Travolta fucked up again?
Sorry if I messed everything up with my stupid heel/heal pun.

maybe Jorn Tramolta is a Fuck Up
would suffice LOL
Just "Fuck Jorn Tramolta" would do nicely.
maybe those who want to fuck him ( there must be someone) would be confused by the title. And will come here thinking its a pron site

JOHN TRAVOLTA: HOW SCIENTOLOGY
HELPED HIM COPE WITH HIS SON’S DEATH
18 FEB 2014 POSTED BY ALISON LESLEY
John Travolta is just one of several major film stars that embraces the power of Scientology. In a recent interview, Travolta shared how his faith helped him manage in the dark days following the death of his son, Jett.
In an interview at the Royal Drury Lane Theatre in the UK, Travolta explained that he didn’t think he would make it through after his son’s death and described in great detail how Scientology helped him.
In a BBC report, the star of Saturday Night Fever and Pulp Fiction detailed how grateful he was to his faith and said that the church had supported him seven days of the week.
“They didn’t take a day off, working through different angles of the techniques to get through grief and loss, and to make me finally feel I could get through a day,” Travolta says. He said his religion had helped save his life and that he would always be grateful to Scientology.
Jett Travolta died at just sixteen years of age. The sad news of his death made headlines internationally in 2009 when a tragic accident happened during a vacation in the Bahamas. Jett was on holiday with his father and his mother, actress Kelly Preston.
It was later determined that Jett had suffered a seizure, and his parents revealed that Jett had suffered from seizures throughout his life and was autistic.
Preston is an advocate for healthy, organic lifestyles.
“I strongly believe as a mother, as does my husband, that there are certain contributing factors that lead to autism and some of it is very much the chemicals in our environment and in our food,” proclaimed Preston.
Scientology was first founded by L. Ron Hubbard. It was under Hubbard’s direction that churches would rise up throughout the world. Hubbard was born in 1911 and was also a fiction writer.
Hubbard first founded Scientology in 1952. Hubbard also developed Dianetics, which remains a core principal of the teachings of the church. In addition, Hubbard had interests in exploring and travelling; he also had expertise in art and poetry.
Hubbard died in the mid-eighties; at the time of his death he was living in California.

"Extensive fieldwork", well this should be entertaining interesting amusing.
Looks like Westbrook is another CESNUR fanboy, because no one else takes them seriously.
Edit: And isn't "worldreligionnews" that site that popped up full grown less than a year ago? I wonder whose money is behind it.
