'Sup NashAnons. Did you ever find your little lambs that went astray last time? I mean, I assume so, since there have been no "Goodnight, Sweet Prince(cess)" or "Have You Seen MadelineAnon?" threads. This forum is like the inside of my grandma's Handbag of DOOM, you can rummage around for a while and still not find anything in it, even though EVERYTHING is in it.

Looking forward to pix/vidz. Of course, as they will be at night, that may be 457 black squares with random lights and a bunch of videos that look like they were filmed from the inside of a refrigerator. :p

You may just have to bring the LULZ with your epic raid reports. ;)

Indeed! Here's the post game: http://forums.whyweprotest.net/283-...shville-tn-june-20th-cae-missing-anons-48276/

Yeah, that sounds about right :X. The corner is sort of lit, so maybe we'll get lucky and have vague silhouettes of those who show.

Oh God yes. One of our Anons is working on some epic regarding night protesting, so hopefully we'll get good pics of her handiwork.

Haaa, check out this comment on the 25 April vid:

'At the CMA show 2 weeks ago, Scientologists were doing volunteer clean up in the park after the concert. Scientologist Elisabeth Donaldson said they gave out 26,000 pieces of Scientology flyers (mostly tickets to see the Dianetics film). I wonder how many of their own material they cleaned up? I saw hundreds of those Dianetics things on the ground between 2nd and 5th ave. Their money goes to wasteful spending on printing which they then volunteer to clean up when they get thrown away.'

    Oh, Scientologists...

At least they clean up their unwanted trash themselves instead of making some other poor slobs pitchfork the cultflier trashpiles up FOR them.

Re: July 17 -- Nashville, Tennessee -- Protest planning

Last night, we decided that 6 would probably be a great time to start protesting. It doesn't get dark until around 9, so we'll have plenty of time in the light and if there's something at Zanie's that night, we might get some decent traffic from that, yay.

toga party then huh? i like it.

since employment is no longer a problem, i may be able to make it.
    (yeah, fired.)

question: will the signs be any good at night?
it'll be too dark wont it?

Sucks about getting fired. Hope you find new employment soon. :)

Also, ummm, I personally do not know about the signs at night. The others have already had a flash raid at night. One of them will be able to answer your question as soon as they check the site again. :)

Re: July 17 -- Nashville, Tennessee -- Protest planning

It doesn't get dark until about 9, so we should have at least a couple of hours of good light. Regardless, it's probably a good idea to make posters with white letters on a black board, signs with glow in the dark paint, lightboxes, etc.

Re: July 17 -- Nashville, Tennessee -- Protest planning

all else fauls duct tape a couple flashlights to the bottom of a foamcore sign. whoo! instant spotlighting!
  17. ZeLyt Member

Re: July 17 -- Nashville, Tennessee -- Protest planning

Our signs from the flash raid showed up well, as long as its light background with dark lettering, it should show up fine. That street is pretty well lit.

    REGIONAL PRIDE BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

On an unrelated note, if any of you nashville anon happen to have a video camera and want to be awesome, please take a look at http://forums.whyweprotest.net/291-scientology-discussion/video-material-needed-48807/ . It'll only take a couple minutes to get everyone screaming at a camera, and your support can mean the difference between this project going forward. Good luck with the night raid and keep making your scifags jealous!

Oh no disrespect meant to the awesome Boston anons. That was a stab at the "Mooninite incident" a few years ago, where the police dept there mistook a lite bright board for a bomb.

Disclaimer: This is in no way a threat to any peron, place, or thing. Herp derp.

Re: July 17 -- Nashville, Tennessee -- Protest planning

They needed you guys to be big and have great parking and ATL to be small and not need a lot of parking.

However, ATL is a bigger city than Nashville and so this fails right off and well in about a dozen different ways

Anyway I'm glad the cult, their parking survey, and their lawyer could make you all smile

Re: July 17 -- Nashville, Tennessee -- Protest planning

I'm pretty certain that the 'Julie' mentioned in there is their PR person, Julie Forney, a 19-year-old from Missouri. lol 19-year-old PR person wtf.

Re: July 17 -- Nashville, Tennessee -- Protest planning

This study is golden. Love how the observations show that while Nashville's org has sufficient parking, it is sorely under-used. Especially on Sunday when there is suppose to be a service.
Also, I noticed that one day of observations was conducted on June 20th. Which had the lowest count of the days the study was conducted. Coincidence?

    Seriously, thanks for sharing it.

Re: July 17 -- Nashville, Tennessee -- Protest planning

Oh yes, some observations of 'Sunday services' *gag/puke* is interesting, CoS has tried that card a few times, but I think it must be so frikkin boring and 'blah-blather-blah' that not even the parishioners/victims give a rat's anus (unless um, persuaded to attend...). Wtf, wtf.

lol, I thought they just made up the "sunday service" to create more excuses to drag gregg in to court! Good to know the bullshit is institutionalized.

Re: July 17 -- Nashville, Tennessee -- Protest planning

Okay, so we've discussed this and because it doesn't get dark until 8:30-9 and our corner is so well lit, there isn't an immense need for special night signs. Bring your regular signs. There is a chance of rain, but it's 40% right now. The temperature is supposed to be in the 60s-70s, hell yeah. Everything else is as it has been for every protest ever.

Also, don't forget your togas, bitches.
