I'm a size 12 at the moment, and not in denial about it. Sorry, Kirsty, you are bigger than me--no question, unless you use a speshul Xenu sizing system I'm not aware of.

She's tall, too, so it's even more ludicrous that she claims she's a 6. Maybe somebody erased the 1 in front of the 6 on the label to make her feel better. She did mention on the first show how her self-esteem was in the toilet or something like that. I could see her being a 16 now, if she's wearing a ton of Spanx.
I have not seen her for a couple of months, I would say that she is a size fourteen, and I am being very generous.

I sincerely hope this dancing show and her diet products are not out of desperation if she gave all her monies to the sci money gobbler. She is embarrassing herself by claiming size 6 and quite possibly losing customers because of it. She took a high risk in this dance competition; she could easily hurt herself seriously. No one carries around this kind of weight without blood pressure issues, heart risks, bone breakage, the list goes on. This show must have in depth disclaimer documents for contestants to sign. A couple of times when Kirsti spoke right after dancing, she appeared and sounded to me like someone having a slight stroke, where the symptoms are subtle, but the damage is done. The fact that she publicly admitted to her mental condition before starting this show, well, I'd think this would get her in big trouble with Sci as well, meaning demands for much moar money, or threats of disconnection. Exercise is a good thing. Heavy exercise at her weight should be closely supervised and exact levels and RX prescribed by a doctor, not a tv producer. Oh, and if the show is causing her stress, that'll keep pounds ON, not off. I hope this experience will prompt her to go see a non sci doctor and get a full checkup and medical help with her condition. Oh, and hopefully someone will check thyroid and other hormonal levels. Of course, I also hope she consults with a real mental health doctor. Size 6 says it all, Kirsti. You need help from actual professionals and there's nothing wrong with that. If nothing else, do eet for the kidz!
