    I just received a voicemail from AO and couple others. From what I'm hearing, the two Marks were filming the deputy when they were ordered to cross the street and they deliberately walked slowly so to film what was going on and this angered the deputy.

    Understand.. this is what I'm hearing... I do not know the specific facts of the matter, but I know Mark Bunker & Mark Howell would not do anything to cause an arrest unless law enforcement was influenced by the cult.

    All I can say is the Riverside Sheriff in Hemet better not fuck with the videos that the 2 Mark's shot.

    To be frank, and to add more speculation, but if this was regarding an anon, AO or someone other than Bunker you’d have that nagging doubt that someone possibly did something stupid.

    But this is Bunker – I can’t see him doing something stupid. Need more facts but this sounds like a footbullet from the little info we have.

    Hope video of this incident survives. According to the description, it would show the arrestees acting in compliance with a deputy's direction (when they were apprehended).

    You'd also have to take into account that the Marks could potentially have given the tape/card to Pope before being taken away. Now, granted, I don't know if it would be allowed, but it could've been done anyway, legally or illegally.

    Pope could also have been filming it, or filming the film of the marks.

    UPDATE:

    Graham, AO, AGP at Hemet Station. Deputies there said they're going to cite the two Marks and issue them a"summons to appear" in court at a later date, but will not be jailed.

    AGP said they were arrested for "blocking the ingress and egress" to the base (driveway by guard shack).

    He said it was definitely Tommy Davis, in a suit, speaking to the 2 deputies.

    AGP said he was filming in the lobby of the Hemet Station and a deputy asked him to turn his videocam off. AGP said "No". The deputy then asked Graham Berry to request AGP to stop filming, and Graham responded, "I can ask him, but I doubt he'll listen to me." The deputy then departed the lobby.

    Hopefully, the two Marks will be out of custody soon. I'll report what I hear. Y'all can stop calling me.

    It is possible and if that is the case, then I am sure the Sheriff himself is ordering his troops have have "no tolerance" and he would have to have some kind of unwritten policy in how his deputies shall handle problems at gold base.

    Elected officials taking bribes and special interest money is common place as we all know.
