I would say "DUH!" but I know how slow the wheels of justice are. They are not quick to change, and sometimes meat head cops fuck up big time. Let's see if the department of Justice is as bad at telling their officers about changes in law, as they are at telling citizens about new laws.
are there amy currently available vests to protect against rub bullets? secondly after this video was shot the police were offering to purchase peoples videos without any stated reson.
they say it, but the police union be up in arms about that, cops can't get away with crime at all, like as in police see hooker walking the street cop say i'll take you to jail or make me feel all jolly below the belt make me forget i seen you! beside other things they do out of site out of mind of others
