It was taped last week giving CNN plenty of time to edit the episode to one that will please Kirstie. I hear it's a major fluff piece.

Most of the comments are against her. No number of Scilons writing in is going to change all the negative media attention on her...

She's a fat, crazed, lying moonbat in urgent need of some loving and a legitimate showbiz job.

On Larry King Live, Kirstie is asked about the New York Times article that members are not allowed to leave the church.

She responds with laughter, eyes rolling, and says "I know thousands of people that aren't Scientologists anymore and, obviously the church is not holding them in."

King laughs. What a sick cunt.

I remember when A&E was known for shows like "Investigative Reports". Now it's all crap. Still, this is bad even for A&E.

Larry King was falling all over himself over her. jeesh

Kirstie's one of those classic narcisstic, peter pan types. She's talks about responsbility all the time, but never really is, but it's very sly. She says she knows she's one to want her cake and eat it too, but not have "effects" of it, then turns around and says, well it's the physical universe that doesn't work that way. And then says, some say "psychological", I say "spiritual.

That means she doesn't have to face her psychological flaws and weaknesses.
She goes on and just shows how there is no science in scientology. Not a woman anywhere that doesn't know her lack of sex drive is because of hormonal balances natural at her age and she's not getting meds for it, or that she used to be very athletic and physical, and hasn't been and, gee, maybe. Delusional.

This article just popped up, too, which might reflect a lot of viewers attitude about her show and diet products and philosophy (and delusions)

Oh awesome. That's the LA Times article (posted upthread). Glad to see it's getting syndicated. It uses the word fishwife FTW.

Larry King always treats those he's afraid of offending with kid gloves - he's always that way when Donny & Marie Osmond appear on his show (the controversies surrounding Mormonism is never discussed). Might have alot to do with King's current wife who is a Mormon.

Lol, Larry said, "Your faith, Scientology, might have the best record in America for getting people off drugs..."

I wasn't expecting anything substantiative from the inverview, but that is just RIDICULOUS.

Oh, I forgot that one, wot? On the other hand, I'd guess most watching would realize she just changes from one addiction to another. She even said she can only tolerate things and people and herself changing "all the time".

I might suspect besides narcisstic, peter pan delusions, maybe a few "extra" personalities. She makes it clear she doesn't know or believe in physical medical and mental sciences, but when asked by Larry about her diet and products, "oh, I have experts"

That statement just shows how intense 'ol Larry's research was conducted (sigh!)

Must have been comprised of 'Read scientology site, see 70% success rate, go on air amazed'

    Kirstie Alley blasts media 'bigotry'
Kirstie Alley has attacked the Hollywood Reporter's Roger Friedman and NBC's "Today" show for reporting allegations of a link between her Organic Liaison weight-loss system and the Church of Scientology, of which she's a member.

n a statement yesterday, Alley said, "After the 'Today' show brought fringe bigotry and intolerance into the forefront of the national media, I feel compelled to clarify. Organic Liaison LLC is not affiliated with the Church of Scientology or the World Institute of Scientology."

On Wednesday, Kirstie denied that her new diet system, Organic Liaison, is helping the Church of Scientology profit during an on NBC’s “Today” show, but last night on Larry King she acknowledged that her religion has helped her keep some weight off.

Kirstie Alley Endorses $139 Weight-Loss Scientology Vitamins

So you know Kirstie Alley’s latest “I’ma gonna show you how to lose weight for realz this time” plan? Yup, it turned out to be Scientologist voodoo all along:

The $139 pills reportedly contain large doses of calcium and magnesium, both main components of the L. Ron Hubbard-approved detox program to “remove toxins” from good little Scientologists.

Alley is keeping her lawyers busy by hitting out at anyone who dares to criticize this brainless diet plan. The media “is spreading lies about me and my new business,” she says. But come on — these insanely expensive vitamins don’t even work for her, and she’s the spokeswoman. You want to talk about spreading lies?

Kirstie Alley's Weight Loss Company is a Scientolgoy Front

I didn't report on the whole 'Kirstie Alley's new weight loss company being a front for Scientology' thing yesterday because Kirstie Alley is fat and disgusting and nobody likes her, but it's getting so much attention today that my hand is being forced. If you don't feel like reading it, you can always click on the ads in the sidebar and purchase things from our sponsors. All the cool kids are doing it! Page Six says

I'm sorry, I wasn't listening. I was too busy looking at Kirstie Alley's big fat piehole up there. It looks like it's about the same circumference as a jelly-filled doughnut. Coincidence, or merely the byproduct of the forces of natural selection acting on a phenotype in an phenomenon known as 'Survival of the Fattest?' Ha ha, the much-feared-but-rarely-ever-witnessed Darwinian Evolution Theory burn! See, knowledge is power!
