Regarding ABLE: This command structure once and for all puts to bed the LIE that Applied Scholastics, Naronon, and the Way to Happiness are *only* based on the "secular" writings of LRH. All roads lead to the RTC, and just read the mission statement of that sucker. Same goes for WISE. & btw, what is up with Italy getting to be it's own continent? Is it lame geography, more scilons than anyone knew about, or a strange obsession with the Catholic Church?

The Italians have their own CLO because this was established PRIOR TO the creation of the European Union which, in the 70s did not exist (nor was it conceived of at the time) so therefore, Italy got it's own CLO. Also, I suspect it may be because they also have problems in Europe (always have) and if European CLO goes down, they can transfer documents/case files/etc over to Italy and be in a totally different jurisdiction (or so they though 40 years ago).

Re: MORE LEAKED DOX!!! well whoever decided that was being kind of ignorant then. there were precursors to the EU, and italy has been involved from pretty much the very start. the idea of such a union (in the form of the european communities) was around from the end of the 50s, it just wasn't as strong a link. it would make more sense to have used the UK or Ireland as a backup for the european CLO, since they have always been more independent from the rest of europe, and especially were 40 years ago. so if you actually know that this was the reason, then fine, but if this is you hypothesising, I don't think it's very likely.
