Mediafire is fine, and my first playlist is way out of date. I want to update, but I can't until I get a new power adapter for my laptop. That'll happen in 1-2 days, I hope.
Also, some old-school Welsh alternative rock: Super Furry Animals, "The Man Don't Give A Fuck" Highlight - the chorus, bridge, and outtro lyrics repeat "You know they don't give a fuck about anybody else" ~40 times. Great fist-pumping political hippie-rock.
Life During Wartime- Talking Heads Trouble in transit, got through the roadblock, we blended with the crowd We got computer, we're tapping pohne lines, I know that ain't allowed We dress like students, we dress like housewives, or in a suit and a tie I changed my hairstyle, so many times now, I don't know what I look like! You make me shiver, I feel so tender, we make a pretty good team Don't get exhausted, I'll do some driving, you ought to get some sleep http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2MYp0VIbwZk

I think its great you guys have got ozzy etc on your playlist. It gives a real widespread variation which will make sure everyone is happy. Plus Crazy Trains a great song . Maybe some Bon Jovi, Joan Baez, Lita Ford, Beatles and Poison would add something there as well. I know what my playlist would be, but im liking some of the ones featuring the rock classics so far . Twisted Sister... Yngwie Malmsteen... Ozzy, is all absolute gold to my ears, so im loving it. Heres a little playlist I think I like: Jeff Beck - Where Were You Badlands - Show Me The Way Ozzy Osbourne - Goodbye to Romance Joan Baez - Diamonds and Rust Bon Jovi - Runaway Poison - Every Rose Has Its Thorn Skid Row - I Remember You Guns n Roses - Nightrain Beatles - While My Guitar Gently Weeps Metallica - Fade to Black Black Sabbath - Changes Dio - Holy Diver Quiet Riot - Cum on Feel The Noize Lita Ford - Close My Eyes Forever Motley Crue - Home Sweet Home Dire Straits - Sultans of Swing Randy Rhoads - Dee (On Ozzy Osbournes Album Blizzard of Ozz) Animals - House of the Rising Sun The Rolling Stones - Sympathy for the Devil Jimi Hendrix - All Along The Watch Tower Jefferson Airplane - Somebody to Love and to finish it off, the classic Black Sabbath - Paranoid
I'm pondering bringing my ipod on my way into the raid, I already started a playlist to motivate me. Some Crystal Method: Name Of the Game, Tough Guy. Public Enemy: Fight the Power Eminem: Still Don't Give a Fuck and some other stuff.

man i hope you all are not attending the same protest i am. heres an idea: NO music. this isnt a late 1960s love-in. on an urban street, loud music does nothing but creat cacophony-- its NOISE, and irritating. i am familiar with the protest locations of four cities. each location is in people's neighborhoods- where they roam about on weekends, going to work, or going to shop, or eat/drink. dont ruin it for them-let them enjoy their weekend. if i were to know NOTHING about this, then saw people there with picket signs and masks, with music assaulting my ears, i would think: "young, angry socialists who have never really worked for a living, bitching about nothing anyone can control, and pissed because they cant legally smoke dope". the message would be lost. i think its losing sight of the mission for 2/10. sorry to be a buzzkill. i love music, and have played for years. im in a band. but i dont want to be force fed anyones music because they think its suitable for the occasion. but save it for the big bash that will take place when the cult's tax exempt status is revoked! just my 0.02.
