The more of Scientology's Narconon locations are shut down for medical abuse and for fraud, the easier it becomes to shut the next one down. Follow the path of least resistance: go for the locations that will be easiest to close. To find out which, one suggestion is to contact relevant local professionals and politicians in every state and see which ones respond. This will take a few weeks of work, but with just a few of us pitching in, it could go smoothly.

This is discussed in one of many other threads in which SAMSHA has been brought up. CSAT (Listed above) has been contacted, and they stated that if the facility is certified in the state it which it operates, it gets listed.
This is not acceptable. CSAT is not doing its job right. We need to convince them that they have the power to do something more in the case of Narconon. The people running CSAT have fancy professional credentials, PhD's MDs etc. Chances are good they will listen to reasoned arguments.
