Hey, where is Narconon Colorado??? A very reputable source says they are trying to "break away" from Fresh Start, and become an individual francise kind of thing. This reputable source knows much more about NNCO, too.
They may try, but they will find that as long as they use "Hubbard method", they will have Narconon International coming in and controlling them. There is no such thing as an "independent Narconon".
True, NN International runs things. But NN SoCal/Freshstart reg's people in to only certain centers. For example; a student can easily transfer to another SoCal center, but the others (Florida, Arrowhead, Freedom Center, NorCal) are extremely difficult, as they are considered out of the "network" of SoCal. Staff, too, can seamlessly transfer amongst these centers. A Reputable Source whom worked at a SoCal center said that all "network" centers were in constant comm within each other; however there was never hearing anything from the other centers, ever. The out of network centers were treated like they didn't exist. I'll ask some more Sources if this "network" thing was more of a matter of regging, or what...
I'd guess the communication lines were designed the way they are to stop the staff and patients of the various Narconons from comparing notes, just like the orgs are stopped from comparing notes.
