What's the best written (English) news article/story link to have about this?
Surely there is something better than the few paragraphs I could find:
    http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/story/2012/04/17/narconon-trois-rivieres.html

The story has vanished from the Montreal Gazette website, these links are 404:
http://www.montrealgazette.com/news/Drug rehab centre ordered relocate residents/6474429/story.html
    http://www.montrealgazette.com/news...ordered relocate residents/6474429/story.html

It'd be great if a working link would be to a "print friendly" version, hopefully detailing all or most of the points that Narconon failed to meet. Even a link to the PDF report by the mental health authorities would be worth it.

Better take some offline copies of the important articles. There's a stupid trend coming soon in Canadian papers of putting up paywalls around content. (Yeah, that'll work real good.)

The Health Agency's report was not made public, but the conclusions were summarized in a French press release that was distributed to journalists at a press conference on April 17, 2012. An unofficial English translation was posted in this thread:

Health Agency gives briefing on the certification of Narconon Trois-Rivières
    https://whyweprotest.net/community/...ivieres-is-closed.101820/page-19#post-2129690

The article on the CBC News website and the Village voice article appear to be the only surviving written reports in English about the Narconon Trois-Rivières shutdown.

(EDIT: One Gazette article is saved in this thread:

Several CBC radio reports have also vanished, but one is still online:

Quebec health agency shuts down rehab centre

along with a CBC radio interview with David Love:

    http://www.cbc.ca/player/Radio/Local Shows/Quebec/Quebec AM/ID/2224216650/

David Love's Intelligenceplus YouTube channel contains one other CBC radio report:

and three television reports in French with English subtitles

Quebec's French newspapers published several articles about the Narconon Trois-Rivières shutdown; practically all of them were translated in this thread.

Are they able to share the report with investigators looking into Arrowhead?

Some time agao, I posted a few comments about the Cult opening a Narconon
in Ontario - - in fact, I was pretty sure about it?

Today, I received info from a confidential "Source", that indeed the Cult is in
the process of "TRYING" to open a Narconon in Ontario.

ABLE Canada Director, Brad Melnychuk, is/was in Los Angeles working out the details.

I have a VERY recent text message that was sent forwarded to me from the one who received
it, stating he needs money and wants donations. (also several FB messages).

However, with all the many Covert OP's going on right now, which I think is only an attempt
to divert my attention off what I'm focussed on right now, I need to confirm all this ^^^ with
at least one other Source, or two Sources preferably, that this is FACT.

Once I have confirmed, I will start another Thread:)

Bet $100 Canadian Dollars it won't be called "Narconon", it'll be known by some other name.

That's until David Love exposes it, then it'll get shut down. I hope they spend a bunch of money on opening it, too.

A number of their web site registrations have changed to 19646 Kennedy Road Caledon Ontario, which is just south of the resort location. Wasn't there a report that they were moving out of the Kennedy Road location?

Time for a peek to see what's actually there these days.

    Here's the For Sale:

The listing is gone now. I wonder who, if anyone, bought it?

Still shows up in search as WISE
    19646 Kennedy Road Caledon Ontario, L7K 1Y2 Canada Tel. (647) 478 8209

Yes, they were at that location (with Hubbard photos on the wall), but then they listed the property for sale.

If they did move out, then they likely shifted up the road to the former Hockley Highlands Inn and Conference Centre after renovating enough space for the offices. Moving the WISE and ABLE stuff into the resort shouldn't be a problem (it was all in the Toronto Org to start with), but I can't see them taking the risk of running a Narconon operation there as well. (As well, they might have some 'splaining to do to Mono and the Niagara Escarpment Commission if they tried to open a commercial drug rehab franchise there.)

Still, if the Orange County Idle Org is pushing into Narconon's market, who knows what wacky stupid things the Scilons will do next!

    Let's watch!

Brad Z Melnychuk continues to post on the NN TR blog as recently on January 8, 2013.
    Code:

Hopefully it's because he has nothing else to do. DISQUS comments are open, but trust Admiral Akbar about that.

but doesn't he have to follow protocal no matter what?
It wouldn't be KSW if he didn't
Has to make believe absolutely nothing is wrong
