Very nice! I couldn't find info about Narconon Trois-Rivieres being shut down by the provincial health authorities on the site. Can someone link me up?

The blog says there is still a lot more stuff to be added, and the OG folks working on it all USfags, so they may not have gotten that far North yet.
  14. Anonymous Member

Does that mean they'll take even longer to get to Narconon Taiwan? :(
  15. I was thinking of different language versions of the site.
But that would be a major task.
But I think the site in the op is made of win and should be spread far and wide.

Whoa! Having all those law suit docs in one place will be a gold mine for lawyers going after narCONon in it's various incarnations. They'll be able to see the kind of legal games NN/Cof$ like to play, and be ready for them!! :D Up yours OSA! :p

  20. There is much more to post on the web site. There is only one blog post and multiple articles mostly to educate/. Then there are the dox... To start, we worked on Legal, formal and informal complaints, surveys ( provided by the Downtown Independent Research Team ) a good number of which are from attendees of Narconon Trois-Rivieres. We didn't have any court documents for Trois-Rivieres closing, nor and complete informal and formal complaints to post but soon this facility will be blogged about and hopefully David will provide us some complete dox to post there.

For now, you can read the Narconon Survey responses regarding the Canada facilities, mostly Narconon Trois-Rivieres, filled in by people who also Ok'd them being made public.
    http://narcononreviews.net/?s=canada survey

There will be more to come.

BYW, Reaching For The Tipping Point forum has much on the closing and other matters related to Narconon Trois-Rivieres
    Narconon Trois-Rivieres Charitable Status Revoked « 1 2 3 »
    Narconon Trois-Rivieres CLOSED!!! « 1 2 3 4 »
Narconon centre in Trois Rivières ordered to relocate its residents - Montreal Gazette

    Hope this answers your question.

Thank you all for the positive responses to the site!

It's true that we still have a lot of documents to add to the site, but we didn't want to withhold what we had until everything had been entered. The way Narconon is going, generating lawsuit after lawsuit and attracting the eyes of investigators everywhere, we would never have opened the site if we waited until we got caught up with everything.

As to Narconons in countries other than the US, we would love to have documents related to Narconon from anywhere there's a Narconon or Narconon "clone", but, unfortunately, we're somewhat hampered by a lack of manpower, and in some cases, by our lack of multi-language skills.

We welcome any contributions of documents to the site. If you're interested in obtaining things we don't have, but are unfamiliar with how to do this, we have a primer for open records that may help you: http://narcononreviews.net/resources/for-researchers/open-records-requests/

Translations are welcome too, and we'll find a place to add them if provided. Just get in touch with us if you're interested. There's a contact form on the site.

P.S. Links to the site are welcome too!

    Narconon’s Recurring Insurance Nightmare

Written by Ann on August 31, 2013 · Write a memo...

Narconon is no stranger to insurance problems, specifically, insurance fraud.

Previously, there were charges made to insurance companies for exaggerated or non-existent services, followed by a raid on the premises conducted by police on the behalf of the Georgia Insurance Commissioner, Ralph Hudgens, and Gwinnett County District Attorney, Danny Porter. We believe this investigation may have grown legs and moved out beyond Georgia now, though, and well it should.

Then, there came a class action lawsuit filed against Narconon of Georgia, Narconon International, Association of Better Living and Education, Inc. (ABLE), and Religious Technology Center (RTC), which is just revving up and has the potential to cost a fortune in both legal fees and payouts.

Now, Evanston Insurance Company, Narconon’s (former?) insurance carrier, has filed a civil lawsuit in Federal Court to request a declaratory judgement that would render their policy with Narconon of Georgia, Narconon International, and ABLE void ab initio – lawyer-speak for “void from the beginning” – meaning that Evanston would not be required to cover any of the legal costs or judgments against any of the entities named as defendants in the class action case. Narconon will be required to either find another provider, or cover the costs themselves.
Apparently, Narconon had taken out this policy after their previous carrier, Western World Insurance Company, realized how deceitful Narconon can be and filed a similar lawsuit for declaratory judgement in the middle of the Patrick Desmond case and ended their coverage.

    Much Moar Here: http://narcononreviews.net/narconon/narconons-recurring-insurance-nightmare/

    RIP Patrick.

So sweet! No one will insure them now... unless they cough up big bucks, prolly just cheaper to pay their own way, either way it costs them BIG TIME!
