5MARTZ is a new UK scientology front group working in the London area.
It's similar in the way it operates to their other cult front groups Say No To Drugs Say Yes To Life, Drug-Free UK, Drug-Free UK Marathon; all are connected to scientology's Narconon.
5MARTZ has 'run workshops' in schools in Newham and in youth groups in South London. They distribute scientology literature to children and teenagers and on their twitter feed they claim to have recruited young people as 'trainers' for 5MARTZ from the youth groups.
5MARTZ is being run by Natalie Chinya ne Milsom. Scientologists the Lorien family are also involved.
5MARTZ twitter feed and wordpress site date back to January 2013.
This is Natalie Chinnya ne Milsom's mother's account of her daughter being recruited into the scientology cult:

Natalie Chinnya (ne Milsom) was recruited into the cult by her boyfriend - scientologist Anton Lorien.
    Anton Lorien scientology completions:
Natalie's family have run a campaign to get her out of scientology:

Natalie Milsom is listed as the main contact for 5MARTS here:
5MARTZ has teachers and youth workers following them on Twitter.
There is no mention of scientology on their twitter feed or wordpress site. They do not tell people they are scientologists or of their scientology agenda.
Scientology is anti-prescription drugs and in particular anti-psychiatry.
5MARTZ is not a registered charity.
Scientology's Narconon is under investigation for suspicious deaths and fraud in the USA:

Twitter is reporting a story about this outfit and it's connection to the Mayor of London - page 15 of the new Private Eye apparently. Anybody got the copy?

Looks like more of the same "say no to drugs, say yes to our cult" crap, but under another guise.

    Found this at
The URL is an official goverment domain name and it has a heading that says Mayor of London presents Team London
It appears to be a resource of volunteers in the London area.

Look at who's following them on Twitter - teachers and youth workers who probably have no idea they're helping to promote scientology.

So it'd be good if anyone googling 5MARTZ can read about it being a scientologist recruitment group.

Schools and youth groups who book 5MARTZ through Natalie Chinnya ne Milsom might try to find out more about 5MARTZ.

It's only fair that they have all the information about 5MARTZ and can choose whether they want to book a group that is not honest about who they are.

5MARTZ will not state openly in advance that they are in fact recruiting young people to distribute l Ron Hubbard scientology literature (The Way To Happiness and Say No to Drugs and The Truth About Drugs Narconon) to other teenagers.

These young people and their teachers will not be told they are getting involved in and promoting the scientology cult. After they are conned they will be asked to write up glowing testimonials. These testimonials and photographs of them will be used to get into more schools and youth groups and possibly at some point in the future even put in a scientology press release specifically stating they validate scientology 'anti-drugs' initiatives.

How do we get this thread or the Private Eye article to the top of the 5MARTZ google search?
We're at the bottom of the first page after all their propaganda that doesn't mention that 5MARTZ is a scientology front group.

    Issue 1343

YET again, Scientologists in disguise have sneaked into London schools to offer “anti-drugs” talks to pupils.
Newham council warned schools off using the cult’s rehab offshoot, Narconon, to provide lessons and assemblies last year (Eye 1321). But last month a new organisation called “5martz” announced on its Facebook page that it had had a “Great week at Tunmarsh PRU, Sarah Bonnell School and CACFO independent school delivering our courses #makeadifference#ThnxnLuv. Both Sarah Bonnell School and Tunmarsh Pupil Referral Unit (for pupils unable to attend mainstream schools because of behavioural or medical issues) are in Newham and CACFO (Croydon African Caribbean Family Organisation) is in Croydon.

    Weird vitamins-and-saunas rehab
5martz makes no mention of Scientology or founder L Ron Hubbard on its website or other materials, but the glaringly obvious clues are there with plugs for “The Way to Happiness” courses (based on Hubbard’s book of the same title) and listing minor celebrity supporters, such as actress Serena Lorien, who attended the cult’s boarding school in East Grinstead. 5martz’s contact person is Natalie Milsom, whose mother has previously been outspoken in the press about wanting to get her daughter out of the cult. 5martz also appears to have taken in the mayor of London’s office, with Boris Johnson’s “Team London” volunteering scheme promoting the group’s work with small groups and classes of schoolkids, young offenders and adults, “running courses that teach them how to make positive choices in life”. Again mention of “Way to Happiness, Drugs, and Human Rights courses” didn’t ring alarm bells.
Scientologists’ opposition to drug use notoriously includes condemning prescription pills, especially psychiatric medication, while their weird vitamins-and-saunas rehab scheme has been criticised by doctors in many countries.
After discovering 5martz’s cult connection, Newham has asked the Department for Education to warn schools nationally to be on the lookout.

Something CAN be done about it.

To start with we can send poons to the people mentioned in the article:

    Newham council
    Tunmarsh PRU school in Newham
    Sarah Bonnell School in Newham
    CACFO independent school in Croydon
    mayor of London’s office
    Department for Education

How many people are following 5MARTZ scientology front group on twitter now?

I wrote to Education Minister Michael Gove in May 2013, just after the Times Education Supplement reported on the previous scientology front group Drug-Free UK conning their way into UK schools.

Here is an email from Michael Gove's office received on 17th May 2013 in response to a request for his opinion on scientology front groups in UK schools:

    Dear -------------

Thank you for your email of 1 May, addressed to the ministers' mailbox about drugs education in schools. As I am sure you will appreciate, ministers receive a large amount of correspondence and are unable to reply to each one personally. It is for this reason, I have been asked to reply.
In order to take account of the specific needs and circumstances of the pupils in the area, schools are free to use their professional judgement in selecting materials to support their teaching.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to write.

Your correspondence has been allocated reference number 2013/0028964. If you need to respond to us, please visit:, and quote your reference number.
As part of our commitment to improving the service we provide to our customers, we are interested in hearing your views and would welcome your comments via our website
    Yours sincerely

    Pauline Shaw
    Ministerial and Public Communications Division

Write to Michael Gove:- put pressure on to get a proper response on this issue.

Michael Gove is aware of scientology and the damage it causes. He wrote this in 1997:
