Very good points well made. Regarding security, I thought it was standard scilon practice for one of the men to sleep at the org because it saves on security / alarms etc.
I dont think theres any security on it anymore , theres been a light on in one room since we first went to the building and I did see someone going in age's ago with a flask and sarny's .

Once people have broken into a place, it tends to keep on getting broken into. I don't know why: maybe on the first visit they see fixtures or scrap metal that they think they can sell... maybe they just find that nobody stops them and guess that nobody cares. Long-term empty buildings deteriorate fast, and vandalism is only one of the problems they face. I think the council will have to make them to carry out work to prevent further damage, or face a series of fines. BTW, it's normal to get rates exemption on a building because it's empty and awaiting renovations, but the exemption won't be indefinite. The council is losing a lot in business rates if they allow the building to stand empty with no taxes being paid for years to come. For a big job like that one, I imagine you might get two years at zero rates. After that... cha ching. The cult will have to offload it. With the exception of QVS, which was acquired in good condition (via a tax-free dodge of buying the holding company that owned the building)... are any of the UK's Ideal orgs workable?
They are all "workable" if the money keeps flowing in for their purchase and upkeep with that money flowing through the coffers of the "Church".
afaik the local council has zero interest in business rates with the jew golds from that going to central gov coffers, however if the building gets converted into residential dwellings like flats (apartments) the domestic rates do go to the council.. this might explain why it has become so easy to gain planning permission for such conversions and what if estate agent pickles is planning to do a number on the clams? of course that wouldn't matter long term because he's a clam and they'd soon reg any profiteering moneyz straight back off him.. </popcorn>

Much as it would be fun to see a Police Firearms Unit descend upon the building I think any ideas of reporting possible terrorist activities in an abandoned building would be counter productive - not good to accuse scilons of wasting police time and then do it ourselves. I've got a horrible feeling about that building. Call it OT powerz, if you like, but in my mind I hear the hiss and crackle of burning timbers. I hear the clatter of falling slates. I hear the rush of wind through a broken door feeding a roaring fire. I see flames like slender fingers reaching up into the night sky with sparks like fireworks rising into the night and joining with the stars. A beacon alerting the people. But the message is not one of warning. Rather it is to tell the people of Gateshead that the threat of the cult has passed, that their families are safe and they can now sleep peacefully.
johnny i am dissapoint 'fly tipping' is simply where people dump unwanted shit anywhere they think nobody is looking and drive off. this has become a major issue for enforcement officials in the uk as the authorities increase charges for the use of regular disposal sites, especially for businesses
Did the local council do anything about that kicked in door? Is anybody there who can check? Now that I have reported it to the local council, they will be responsible if that building burns down or a child crawls in and meets with an accident.
