I'm throwing fits now that I've already committed myself to other plans that day D: Use some nice, big signs for bashing the costs and the like. Have a recording device with you. Even if you have balls of steel and end up solo raiding, its better to be safe than sorry (or more like, its better to have a camcorder than getting your ass beat and not having video for us to fap to). If there are at least two of you there, cover both entrances for a max effect of enturbulation. Arrive as early as you can. I'll stfu now.
