This, gentlemen, is what we call "determination". Stu's got it pretty rough but he kicks an immense amount of scilon ass around-the-clock. This definitely has my respect. :anon:

To be honest I'd love to come to Plymouth and help. I've never been to Plymouth and you guys are doing an awesome job. However it would mean a very painful 8-10 hour journey and by the time I got there I'd have to set off back. Not a happy way to spend a day.

I think it's good that you're making a stand, but don't take any risks. It might also be wise to have a camerAnon watching you in case that $cilons try to get you arrested by moving towards you instead. A sort of Stu-cctv. I think it would also be wise to make sure that beat officers on protest days are well informed and warned that $cilons might try to pull something.

Apologies if you've already covered these ideas.

I swear I've just seen this post in response to another thread, exact same wording...course, I can't remember which one now because I just read a few. Broken English, with a lawyer's website linked in the sig? I'm guessing at an ad spammer.

nice to know someone actually thinks we are big enough to be a "market"
  6. Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

If they're a legit mesothelioma lawyer, they can take part in the site properly or buy advertising. Banned as a spam bot though.

Ooooh... I received a letter from the police today:

This is regarding failures during my arrest and detention... and I'm really happy with this. I did not want any policemen to be singled out, as I was failed by a number of them - and I agree that it was an organisational fuckup.

Its nice to see that there are still some balls rolling :)

  8. Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

So - yeah, they're saying that they don't think any individual copper is at fault or should take the blame? From what you've said, that sounds about right.

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

Mighht want to reply agreeing with the assessment and hoping that said organisational matters will be address appropriately to avoid such things happening again. Should go without saying BUT....

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

That is good news. Any hint of action regarding the harassment letter?
  11. stuwyatt Member

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

Sadly no, and I don't think that the letter is easily appealable. However, I do believe that duty officers tomorrow will be educated with a little background info... and I pray that it won't be enforced against someone who is just using their constitutional legal right to protest.

At the moment, I busy am building up my legal arguments for the cannabis case. I am going to be arguing a point of law that has not been argued before - a total test case that has been given to me on a silver plate by people who have been working on it for years. That is where my focus rests at the moment...

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

I still can't help but find it slightly odd that the authorities are going all out on this to give you grief over a little bit of cannabis for home medicinal use (rather than a warehouse full of plants to sell) ... yet the well documented human rights violations, crimes and dodges of the evil cult seem to merrily roll on unabated.

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

i think they had to cos it was right infront of them, it would be wrong for police to ignore a crime (even tho it shouldn't be a crime, technically it still is), and we all know how good the CoS is at hiding or getting away with their own illegal activites.

besides, Stu's case will almost certainly be thrown out by the CPS cos there's a risk of it settoing a precident for medicial cannabis in the UK. they can't let that happen.
  16. stuwyatt Member

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

Yeah - they had to act as it was thrust in front of them - 4 police officers couldn't all turn a blind eye to the evidence... I have no qualms with the police whatsoever.

The beauty of the legal argument Im going to use is that it does not even mention medicinal necessity (an argument already thrown out by the appeal courts in 2005).... It does not even ask for the law to be changed.... All it asks for is for the current laws to be applied as written, and to be applied fairly and without prejudice or discrimination.

    :)
  17. Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

you know stu, if you point out loopholes for them, they just fill them in. But good luck anyway, hopefully you never have to speak with the CPS. You think scilons are a bunch of self assured "la la im not listening" stubborn pricks, wait till you hear from them. I dealt with them during the ENG stuff and oh my, thank god it was over the phone and no in person. I would be the one facing assault charges now

    Interersting.. dox?
  19. stuwyatt Member

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

    Patience ;)

Oh, and it also involves two interlinked Europen human rights articles that I dont believe have been used in this way before.

Its all been handed to me on a silver plate by some very dedicated and knowlegable legal types.... and dox will be revealed in time.

And re: winning, I know what Im up against, and I know the government do not play nice nor do they play fair. In a way, fighting the cult has been a testing-ground for fighting the government... lol.... I feel confident that I can hold my own in most situations. Im a fast learner, and a good improviser.

At least I can sit back later on in life and say that I tried.... ;)

No. You do not expose your hand.

    Go for it, Stu.

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

That's not how it works - he's going to have to send a skeleton argument at some point. If he wants to keep it under wraps then that's cool and up to him - but IMHO it doesn't convey any tactical advantage to do so.

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

Remember this is a criminal matter. He doesn't have to give away a legal defence argument in advance of trial.
  24. stuwyatt Member

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

This isn't entirely true. As I am probably going to represent myself in Crown Court, I will be required to inform the court of my legal argument at the start of the trial (this is to stop people from wasting the courts time). If I was being represented by a barrister, then it would be much more like a poker game.

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

If he's going to argue some point of law then he'll need to put in a skeleton at some point.

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

Changing the subject back to the cult, you'll be pleased to know that I have been cart picketing for 2 days in a row with other protesters, fully signed up and also giving 'beep beep' escorts every time the cart moved. They called the police. The police never came. And today, they packed up 10 minutes after we arrived.

I didn't video (one of the arguments the sci's used was that they felt harassed being on film)... but I will try filming at the next picket. I wanted to dip my toe back into protesting slowly.... :)

I need to get my main PC sorted out so that I can do movies again, but I hope to have this done in a couple of days.

Anyway - CULT WATCH PLYMOUTH v.2 has started, and this is just the beginning :)

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

    win

although i note as happened here in MN on saturday when the police declined to sit around and watch us enturbulate, the $cilons felt emboldened to break the law. long term i think this is win as they will footbullet but anons should be on high alert during raids without police presence.

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

    Correct, posted some weeks back

"I've just got back from court, and as predicted, it was adjourned until 10am on the 5th September."
  33. Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

Apparently the police got their dox together and the case has been put to Crown Court, the 1st Crown Court hearing is 24th October; I think this is when a date is set to try the case. It's a very long process.
  36. Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

    any news from stu yet?
  37. anonymous1312 Member

Re: Official complaints made against Plymouth Cult of Scientology

24th October is the next court date, see above.

Stu says he's not feeling too great atm so may not as active online as normal. Don't worry about him, he's a fighter.
