Oliver is a fugitive from justice in Germany?

His bankruptcy files listed his assets, and I believe everything valuable has to be declared. He got only his house with 200,000 mortgage (that could have worth a few hundred thousands more). His income declared is 4000 per month. His debt overdue is well over 100,000. I don't know how he got off bankruptcy without even paying anything into the plan.
  2. Krautfag Member

    Hm, makes we wonder.
What actually happens in the States when you don't comply with the plan at all?
Would that count as perjury like "dude had no intention to comply with the plan right from the start, yet signed it -> perjury"?
  3. Anonymous Member

The plan itself isn't a big deal. Unless you or somebody signed something under perjury such as prove of income or prove of income support. He doesn't pay anything means he has no protection from the bankruptcy court. And the lawyer representing him will have a difficult time in court for his next clients. But he represented himself and filed three times. The bankruptcy system charges 10% for their service so they should be pissed.

Either the bank foreclosed his house, which isn't likely because he was living there after that, or he suddenly find some money enough to satisfy his creditors. He still have to pay 100% what he owed plus interest.

    Thx for the explanation :)

Now the data available only reflects his financial situation in 2005 and I assume that he is now making money from his porno business, hence why he is able to pay for his COS membership and for expensive lawyers. I asked a buddy and he just mentioned that a Federal Case like extradition can cost between $80k to $200k

I consulted with my accountant and found out that the gift card had 50 cents when I registered. Anybody want to finance the US govt?
  7. Anonymous Member

can't be him. animals know which other animals to trust.
  8. Anonymous Member

so any update on this fucker?
  9. Must be him because he is from Hannover and about 38 years old plus how many people have the same name and age? I am surprised that he is back in Germany after fighting extradition.
  10. Anonymous Member

    1. not realy, Olli try to del his wiki page.
    2. NoOneTwo you are an idoit, kill yourself plox.
  11. It is Ollie and if you look at the company, they have a location in California too. Age, name and location all fit for this guy and how many people have the same markers? It must be him. Maybe Germanfags could find out.
  12. Sorry mate you need to chill. I am sure there is something missing on his dox.

I don't think so...the article mentions that this Oliver Schaper is a "Dipl. Biologe", so that guy has academical credentials as a biologist. No way our Olli has anything to do with natural sciences.
The dude depicted in the photo also looks not at all like our Olli. The name Schaper is quite common around the Hannover region too.

Here's some more suff from the biologist with better pics:
    http://www.h-juhnke.de/Jahr/2010/NeunMon_01.html

He also seems to be in the NABU (naturschutzbund/federation for preservation of nature).
I also found several dates when he held lectures on the very exciting topic of monitoring and measuring the lamprey stock in the weser river (yawn) while our Olli was definitely in the states.

Here's his email adress if you want to ask for yourself:
    o.schaper@web.de

Also: crocs are not into gay porn or cheesy german folk music, so Olli has got nothing to pacify them :D
  14. Anonymous Member

So could some of Ollies history in Germany be wrong? I also found oschaper@web.de so how many pigs with the same name are in Hannover with the same name? We don't really have all details on this fag!
  15. Krautfag Member

Hm, to tell you the truth all we could dig up has been dug up...
The history we have so far is pretty acurate imho, we have the eviction dox complete with sentences and arrest warrant, we know where he lived, we even have his friggin sisters car repair business unwrapped. I srsly wouldnt know what else we can do, the ball is pretty much over in murrika at this time.
  16. Ollie has no sister and I now this for a fact. I have been talking to somebody who dealt with the scumbag for years on a personal level and Ollie has two brothers. The guy claimed that 50% of the uncovered dox are incorrect and Ollie has been spreading some to hide the full truth.
On another note, what happened to the extradition request from Germany? Germany's withdrawal of the request wasn't followed by any addition extradition request. What was going on and why have the Germans never refilled?
  17. Krautfag Member

    http://www.schaper-kfz.de/

I am not 100% positive that Hildburg is his sister, that name was used in older generations, and I can't remember who brought up the sister thing. Maybe it's his aunt or his mum, I dunno. I am quite sure though that there is a family connection to that car - or rather bus - repair shop. One of his socks was heavily pitching it on a wikipedia site related to cars, with a 2005 or 2006 edit date according to the change log.

The extradition thing...State Attorney is not willing to release any info on the case and the law says they don't need to divulge any information to a private person not connected to the case. They butchered their own first attempt by missing out on formalities and didn't make a second attempt. Why? No idea.
  18. That Hildburg woman is not related to the scumbag at all. My source claims that his mother has passed (good for her, not seeing him fucking with the Internets and getting his ass handed to him). I collected a lot of background on this guy and it seems that he has something in hand that keeps the Germans off his tail, not sure what it is but why the Germans were unable to get him is still not clear. Extradition requests are not cheap and I am sure they triple check each case several times before they make a move. A mere clerical error should NOT be a reason to withdraw a case filed and it is my understanding that the court in the U.S. only checks if 1) a treaty is in place and 2) if the crime is a crime in the U.S. too. You can even be extradited if they want to force you to testify or make a statement. Look at Assange, that fag, he has not been charged but they want to see his ass in Sweden. If Germany made an error, that would not affect the extradition hearing because a US Magistrate will not evaluate the case or hear testimony by the Defendant. All the U.S. would have done is sending Ollie one way back to Krautland and let the Germans deal with the mess.
There is something to the case that is not yet public and I am sure it needs some attention.

Krautfag, if a private person is unable to request information about this case, how about a solicitor or attorney? Would they be able to retrieve the information?
  19. fefe Member

    ok NoOneTwo

you olli make it to easy
next time you try to derailing a thread,
bring somemoar facts and not pur bullshit
  20. Krautfag Member

fefe, it's just agp, ao or smurf anyway, chillax /b/ro :)

I stand by my view that there is a family connection to the car part shop.

As for the extradition case, I'll say it for the umpteenth time but in straight words this time:
Had the case been in political hands only, the US had checked if there is a treaty, is there a crime by our standards, done. But Olli went to court...and courts do actually check the exact words of a treaty and see if they fit with reality. The case was withdrawn because the American court hinted the German case handler that if they didn't withdraw the court would have to judge against extradition because of formal faulty, barring another extradition try on the same grounds BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT BE TRIALED FOR THE SAME CHARGES TWICE. If they withdraw, the court can rule without preudice and they can have another go at it if they want later. Now, what else has been going on on a diplomatic level later, I absolutely have no idea. Overall it reeks of the Scieno lackey in the State Department - whoever that might be - bawwing to our State Department and the folks there then bitching at the poor public prosecutor to prevent a second try.

And the solicitor/attorney way: An attorney/solicitor needs a mandate to act at all, and that mandate would have to come from someone involved in the case.
  21. You may stand by your view but it's not our Ollie. I took a lot of time and looked at wikipedia and he edited a lot of articles in the four years his account was open. Actually oschaper is still a valid wikipedia account and it was not banned.

This is from Wikipedia on extraditions:
Procedure for extradition from the United States

Generally under United States law (18 U.S.C. § 3184), extradition may be granted only pursuant to a treaty.[6] Some countries grant extradition without a treaty, but every such country requires an offer of reciprocity when extradition is accorded in the absence of a treaty.[6] Further, the 1996 amendments to 18 U.S.C. 3181 and 3184 permit the United States to extradite, without regard to the existence of a treaty, persons (other than citizens, nationals or permanent residents of the United States), who have committed crimes of violence against nationals of the United States in foreign countries.[6]
All extradition treaties currently in force require foreign requests for extradition to be submitted through diplomatic channels, usually from the country's embassy in Washington to the Department of State.[8] Many treaties also require that requests for provisional arrest be submitted through diplomatic channels, although some permit provisional arrest requests to be sent directly to the Department of Justice.[8] The Department of State reviews foreign extradition demands to identify any potential foreign policy problems and to ensure that there is a treaty in force between the United States and the country making the request, that the crime or crimes are extraditable offenses, and that the supporting documents are properly certified in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 3190.[8] If the request is in proper order, an attorney in the State Department's Office of the Legal Adviser prepares a certificate attesting to the existence of the treaty, etc., and forwards it with the original request to the Justice Department's Office of International Affairs. ("OIAS") [8]
Once the OIA receives a foreign extradition request, it reviews the request for sufficiency and forwards appropriate ones to the United States Attorney's Office for the judicial district in which the fugitive is located.[9] The U.S. Attorney's office then obtains a warrant, and the fugitive is arrested and brought before the magistrate judge or the US district judge.[9] The government opposes bond in extradition cases.[9] Unless the fugitive waives his or her right to a hearing, the court will hold a hearing pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3184to determine whether the fugitive is extraditable.[9] If the court finds the fugitive to be extraditable, it enters an order of extraditability and certifies the record to the Secretary of State, who decides whether to surrender the fugitive to the requesting government.[9] OIA notifies the foreign government and arranges for the transfer of the fugitive to the agents appointed by the requesting country to receive him or her. Although the order following the extradition hearing is not appealable (by either the fugitive or the government), the fugitive may petition for a writ of habeas corpus as soon as the order is issued.[9] The district court's decision on the writ is subject to appeal, and the extradition may be stayed if the court so orders.[9]

Now the problem is that Ollie only had bond hearings according to his court schedule on Pacer and that the U.S. court never made a ruling or determination on his case. German authorities dropped the case for whatever reason and have not refiled since. This is more than strange and I am not sure why Ollie got off the hook. I looked at several extradition cases for reference and this has never happened before.

Wrong, extradition is handled as a civil matter (see change in case files). In addition the Judges order terminating this case is WITHOUT PREJUDICE, so it could be refiled. No something else happened especially since Ollie was only in the pretrial stages of the extradition matter. No hearings on the merit just bond hearings. In addition he was initially granted a $25k bond which never happens in these types of cases because the Government opposes all bond requests since there is no right to bail on extradition cases.

Done but nothing has happened since. Why would they let him go? Correcting the paperwork would be easy especially since all Germany had to do is to say he broke the law and we want him. There is no formal defense in extradition cases.

Possible but why would the Germans withdraw their good case? Nobody spends that much money just to let somebody walk, especially the Germans who hate Scifags.

Is there a way of contacting his victims?
  22. fefe, go F$@k yourself. Don't ever insult me again by calling me Ollie!

    Let's agree to disagree here.

That's the big question. As I said, in my oppinion most likely the US State Department - or rather Scieno lackey there - bawwed to our Außenministerium (German Ministry for the Exterior) and due to the rather grumpy overall atmosphere between the USA and Germany during and after the W-years our people didn't want to rock the boat and told the State Attorney to STFU.

Edit: I am currently re-reading the lastest papers we have, and from the looks of it I think the state attorney in charge has to go through the whole process here in Germany again (notification to appear in jail for serving time, to be reliably served in the states, upon no-show then redoing the international arrest warrant etc etc). Now if I look at the speed of our courts plus the procedural deadlines, the whole shit is probably underway as we speak.
Fuck it, I'll see if the state attorney answers to anonymous emails.

Hm, that's a good thought. I'll look into that on the weekend.

  25. What is going on with Olaf Schaper? Some with this name claims to own the oschaper Wikipedia page. I remember reading about it and I was surprised to find him still on Wikipedia because he wasn't banned at all. Was the account owned by somebody else?

Maybe you want to ask one of those sociophobic bookworms worksome wikipedia mods about it.

Dude, srsly, I appreciate your efforts to keep this thread alive, but please try to find out the obvious stuff for yourself first before you throw questions around all the time.

Oh, and on the contacting victims issue: I wasn't successful in finding them yet :(

    lol, nice!

Edit: I really want that July 11th 2011 filing from Olli. This one should finally clear up whether Olli is still wanted in Germany or if - as he claims - his whole sentence was waived.
Mr Merchant, are you still reading here?
