I don't think they were proposing to engage in anything illegal. But I'm not entirely sure what is it they want to do and in what country. I'd say Syria and Libya definitely need some help nowads. But I think there is already a Syrian thread in here.
I don't think they were either. It was just that they mentioned "hackers", so people might get the wrong idea if they saw it.
