    Hi,

Another 10 to SP hall, one to each of the Canadian orgs telling them that Mike Rinder blew, and a special one to Tiny Dave.

Wouldn't you just love to be a fly on the wall? Someone there just has to be  .

(and 107 all the cards from the Nederlands have been sent out.:hooray:)

Re: [Operation Over the Wall: Postcards from Paradise] Phase 2--tally and report

:flowers: Just a note: if you send cards over for remailing, please do not put the addresses (handwritten or labels) side ways, diagonal or on the left. It hasn't happened often but I thought I'd pass along the observation.

The top right hand corner should not be covered either since this is where our stamp goes. I don't think it makes a lot of difference but keeping "to the norm" will get them there faster. Please don't think I'm criticising! :sneak:

Re: [Operation Over the Wall: Postcards from Paradise] Phase 2--tally and report

Obviously I can get the address of each org readily enough, but can anybody provide me with names of specific people I ought to target? (Don't worry - I'd only be sending a friendly postcard about life on the outside).

Names of people currently held prisoner in RPF would be particularly appreciated. (It's illegal to withhold a person's mail.)

    Thanks.

Re: [Operation Over the Wall: Postcards from Paradise] Phase 2--tally and report

I thought this might be interesting information for the hivemind.

    Internal mail system:
As in any major corporation, the scilons have their own internal mail system. This is set up so that any staff member can send any other staff member memos, reports, etc. Every staff member has a basket in the mailroom in addition to a standard three basket system (in/pending/out) on their desk. The person in charge of this system at each org is the Director of Communication or "Dir Comm" in Scilon speak. Public Scilons can use the system too, though many don't know about it. They simply ask the Dir Comm to place envelopes into the outgoing "mail pack." Sometimes public Scilons mail the Dir Comm of their local org a large envelope containing many copies of a report within sealed inner envelopes addressed to staff members. The format to address an envelope for the internal mail system is as follows:

To: (Job Title or Person's Name), (Org Name) <-----
    --------------------------------
    From: (Job Title), (Org Name)

In the case of a public person who obviously does not have a job title usually the from field just has the person's name and Org name.

So the format has the person it's going to with their name and/or job title and their org above a line with an ARROW pointing to it. Then the person it's from below the line.

Now communcations ARE often opened before being routed to their final destinations if they are going to INT, however. Their are special color codes to indicate whether or not this communication can be opened in transit by a person of lower case level. For instance, there are color codes to indicate that the memo/report contains OT information. These will never be opened by anyone under the OT level indicated by the color code. I think Clear data is color coded green and OT is yellow/purple, but I can't be sure. There might be a color code for INT only, but I don't know it.

Staff members are not supposed to use the mail system for personal communication because this costs the cult money but, as they are really underpaid, they sometimes do. This is especially true around Christmas time when the greeting cards are merrily whizzing all around.

Stightly related information: The standard sign off of a Scilon letter is either ML (for Much Love) or ARC (for Affinity, Reality and Communication). Examples:

    Dear Bob,

How is it going? I'm doing great. Blah blah blah. Talk to you later.

    ML,
    Rob

    Dear Ted,

I haven't heard from you in a while. Remember that excellent adventure we had that one time? I'm getting the band back together. Bye for now.

    ARC,
    Bill

Just want to point over to this thread: http://forums.whyweprotest.net/11-fliers-pamphlets-other-protest-media/holiday-fliers-31979/

The post card is awesome. I printed it out and customized it with 1866-XSEAORG (with a pen, not on the computer... but if somebody wants to make a digital copy, that'd be awesome too) and sent four off to Gold.

    So +4.

This seems perfect for the holidays.

Re: [Operation Over the Wall: Postcards from Paradise] Phase 2--tally and report

I'm so up for doing this, but I'm based in the UK.
I'll put up a post on the Southampton Anons page to see if anyone wants to help out, so I can get a big batch to put in a box to send over to one of you chaps in the US.

Is it just those 39 people we're sending cards to at SP hall? Or is there more, sorry?

Re: [Operation Over the Wall: Postcards from Paradise] Phase 2--tally and report

Hang on, if there's only 30 (or 60 or whatever) people receiving these cards, and we've sent 3,000, aren't they going to start feeling pressured and pretty fed up with all of this? (Assuming they get any of the postcards).

Put one name from the list under "Int Base SP".
Write a short message to them and/or just write out the 1-866-XSEAORG number and mail it to Int Base.
Send out as many postcards as you can afford.

Re: [Operation Over the Wall: Postcards from Paradise] Phase 2--tally and report

This is something I can do, so I'd be willing to put consistent time into it.

Sorry I'm coming into this late.

Is this SP Hall list still current? Is it still the priority for sending postcards?
To whom should I send postcards and mailing costs from Australia?
Kookaburra, is there any coordinated collection of postcards from Australia?

I'd be happy to keep working on this operation, if it's going to help. :)

I'll also hunt around the shops for postcards, stickers and decorations. I'm sure our local Post Office has laminated postcards for amphibious use. "Waterproof up to 10 metres!"

Re: [Operation Over the Wall: Postcards from Paradise] Phase 2--tally and report

People should be sending postcards with Hubbard quotes on to all members of the Australian Senate. They need educating on the realities of Scientology.

Re: [Operation Over the Wall: Postcards from Paradise] Phase 2--tally and report

do you think it's worth sending like 50 to the tiny-little-shit-mission in my city? since there is lack of protesting here.

Re: [Operation Over the Wall: Postcards from Paradise] Phase 2--tally and report

If I'm not mistaken, there is only one person (the HCO secretary) who scans and filters all the mail for an org for "entheta." This person is probably crazy brainwashed, and your postcard is exceedingly unlikely to dent their mental filter before it gets shitcanned in 5 seconds.

If you think addressing them to specific people inside is going to work, like trying to contact those inside SP Hall, or that your postcards are reaching a whole bunch of different workers inside, you are probably deluding yourself.

That isn't to say this project is necessarily worthless - you could argue that others may see your message as it gets sent. (Think mail personnel, etc.)

Well, for starters, considering that you didn't post anonymously and you have a long post history, I would say hell no, because that is going to draw attention to yourself.

If you really want to try this project, I suggest sending yours to a different place so they won't know who's doing it. One Scientology center's as good as another, right?

But my best advice would be - do the project, but save your money and let Scientology foot the bills. Search this forum for the "How To: Library Raid" thread from years ago and watch the video to get the idea of what I'm talking about...
