Well, our major protest for the month is Parti Gras, which is when most of the people will be going, so technically, we need moar for the one this weekend. However, Parti Gras is going to be the shit, so I suggest coming down here on the 21st for great justice.

Hey I'm new to anon but I would like to be in a protest, i'm in the daytona area and i'm not sure of any activity here, but i would be down for going to ocala. can anyone let me know of upcoming protest in the next month or so, can't make it on the 7th i have class and work.

The next one after that is on the 21st, which is Operation: Parti Gras. We have a lot of people coming to that one, it's a massive flier handout.

Plans are still being made for March, but we'll probably do it on the 14th. I figure that's when the next global protest is, since everyone seems to be doing it on different dates this month.

As soon as I can find a ride for Anon Lulz and myself, we will fo' sho be there this summer. I hope that our whole cell will be there, but we might not be able to get everyone there. Nonetheless, fucking epic Clearwater megaraid will be fucking epic.

I think we need caek. AnonMom won't be able to be there until like 6 or so because she has to take her daughter to something, and I don't know if she plans on bringing anything.

We have newbies too, and many of them. I think the only experienced Ocalafags are AnonMom, Anon Lulz, and myself. I'm just trying to make sure everyone knows what they're talking about, and that they don't fall into a Scilon trap.

On topic. I'd be glad to make you guys delicious caek that is no lie. Anything else? Just make sure there is extra protection for my little ones. I'm not too worries about myself, but I don't want their first experience to be a terrible one.

Hammurabi made a rickshaw 2bpulled during marches that has iirc two speakers, the bucket of acid boombox, fliers box, and cooler for water.

All the fliers you can print. We have a guy in Eustis printing like 500, but moar would be nice, considering that it would suck if he suddenly isn't able to make his way up here. I'm going to start printing some next week, but my sources are limited because my printer thinks that paper is delicious.

That goes for the rest of you folks coming up here, too! We need fliers by the dozen! Go visit the megathread, it has some nice ones, but make sure they're not dated, because that would be pretty lame.

UPDAET ON PARTI GRAS TIMES

Due to several requests, Operation: Parti Gras will officially kick off a little bit later than originally planned. Anon Lulz and I will set up shop at 2pm, due to the fact that the Anons on Buses will be here around 1:50pm or so, but we'll bullshit around until 3:30. This is the official kickoff time for Operation: Parti Gras. So, if you're driving, don't worry about getting up super early or anything. And if you're OSA, prepare for failure, because we run this.

So I was pretty big into this stuff back in high school, but I've been out of touch with anon for years and haven't been to a protest yet (i.e. ima noob). I am interested in protesting though, and it sounds like there is much win to be had at this 'Parti Gras'.

Just letting you know I'm here in Gainesville with a Raptor Jesus costume if anon needs spiritual uplifting. I may be able to make it to Ocala that weekend for Parti Gras, but if I do, I'm gonna need some protips about where to park, escape tactics, protests in general, and any other relevant information, as I value my life.

There is a girl I met at the hospital that said she was interested in protesting with us, I've been updating her about activities.

She couldn't come to the 7th because she had to work, but she's still looking into attending Parti Gras.

OH and if you need moar masks, there's a costume shop here in Gainesville Rock City that carries GF masks from time to time, as well as a plethora of others.

I talked to the only other anon here at UF I personally know, and he's not interested. But unless some emergency arises, I will be making an appearance as Raptor Jesus in my civvies on the 21st. I shall descend upon Ocala from Gainesville above, hopefully with masks to bring joy to the children. Fresh oranges if I can get them too, but that's doubtful.
