Operation Trademark TRADEMARKS OF SCIENTOLOGY IN UK, New Zealand and Canada expire Church of Scientology Wednesday, 27 February 2008 It has just been brought to our attention here at Guardian Light Publications that a number of trademarks that are used extensively by the Church of Scientology have been allowed to expire in the previous year. Why is this the case? The trademarks were registered to the Religious Technology Center (RTC), which own all of the copyrights and trademarks that are licensed to the Church of Scientology to utilise... We will post more details on this, and the implications for the Church of Scientology as we come across them... *UPDATE: Further research by others has uncovered that New Zealand trademarks have expired as well. In Canada and the UK there have been sitings of large numbers of documents being loaded into trucks late at night, giving credence to the idea that the Church of Scientology may soon be planning on closing down or seriously diminishing their operations in these areas. Other countries will undoubtedly come to light as people look into this more. We could be witnessing the beginning of the end for the Church of Scientology as it exists today...
