Per Wickstrom's fake-ass copyright takedowns

Per Wickstrom has been generating a huge stack of fake DMCA complaints to take down anything about him on the net from Google's results.

He's been faking complaints from other people, including critics to take down other critic pages. Quite possibly he's even been faking court documents.

Example, this complaint from "Ali H. Ahmad":
    https://www.lumendatabase.org/notices/13034944

    The supposed court order:
    https://www.lumendatabase.org/file_...49/original/SIGNEDAMENDEDORDER.pdf?1474243969
    • It's kind of illiterate for a court document.
    • Narconon Rehab Services LLC doesn't seem to exist. In Georgia, the company was Narconon of Georgia, Inc.
    • None of the links have anything to do with Narconon of Georgia or Rena Weinberg, but they all have to do with Per Wickstrom.
Judge Wendy L. Shoob exists, the court recorder is correct, but no record of a case "2016CV258140"

Conclusion? Per Wickstrom is stinking up the net with a fuckton of forged and fraudulent DMCA complains.

Per could be opening himself up to a lot of hurt if someone decides to push back hard.

They would have to track these fake complaints right back to Per.

It's obvious (to me) that it's Per from the links that he takes down, but proving that it's him might be difficult.

I mean, how could anyone prove that this wasn't from Tony Ortega .. unless you asked him or something .. oh yeah, I did. And Copyright Track LLC is fake too. No such company.

But how to prove it was Per Wickstrom?

Maybe now the FBI got their guy in the Whitehouse, they might have time to cybercrime investigate?

Just received this in an email that fits in with this topic.
No existing litigation, no named plaintiff, no named defendant and no identity of the poster offered.

Video of Grant Cardone handling his elderly mother:

Good afternoon. I am writing to give you a courtesy heads up. I sat in a meeting yesterday where this website was discussed.

    This thread specifically.
    http://exscnforum.com/index.php/topic/286-scientologist-grant-cardone-abuses-elderly-man/

I am in marketing and the in house council was brought in to discuss ongoing litigation between my client and the persons who posted this thread.

Official DMCA requests are being sought for the video and content within this thread. I think you could save yourself some headache and prevent yourself from getting caught in the crossfire if you consider removing this thread entirely.

It's up to you, but I thought you deserved a heads up.

Except that there's apparently no record of that case at that court.

Also, until now, most of the DMCA's were outright forgeries, now he's moved up to faking sleazy court cases.

Cardone and Duggin can afford real sleazy reputation management companies.
Amateur. Somehow I think we'd have heard if there was actual ongoing litigation.
