This is an unofficial translation of a message written in French by Pierre Robillard, a former Executive Director of the Montreal org. The message was sent to over 200 Quebec Scientologists and was posted on July 28, 2013 on the scientologie-secte.org website. Robillard criticizes David Miscavige's ideal org program, with particular reference to Montreal, Quebec City, and Cambridge, Ontario.

I skipped huge parts, but it's very detailed explaining exactly why the Ideal Org project is off source. Thing such as how people are supposed to raise money (from taking courses NOT from Donations) Who will own it (IAS intl NOT the Org itself) and how people who have asked where their donations went were declared suppressive.

Then he lastly talks about the Cult's response to him, including pretending the Pls are on source, and attacking him personally.

tl;dr another clam dissatisfied with the Ideal mOrgues plan.

    Buildings mostly empty. Got it.
The few people in the buildings aren't really doing anything. Got it.
I still believe the first con artist, but I no longer believe the current con artist. Got it.

I take it there will be very few people from Montreal attending the super power grand opening then?

Translated from French, Pierre Robillard said:
    "I am an independent Scientologist."

Translated into the real world, Pierre Robillard might as well have said:
"I am a pathetic, delusional idiot. Please fuck my wife."

  18. Holy shit.

Also, instead of 50 meetings, how about rolling them back to once a month or something and spending the other evenings having the brainwashed work wog jobs to get the money raised that much faster?

    Any Toronto spais confirm this?

Can any Montrealers verify any visible changes in the last month?
  21. DeathHamster Member

I wonder where they're holding them. The main org should be closed for invisible renovations, and I don't know if the temp org has much room.
  22. HellRazor Member

Maybe at the Riverdale Mission? Someone's home? I doubt they would spend $ to rent a venue if they're having so many events.
  23. THANK YOU EXPOSING THE TRUTHS ABOUT THESE MATTERS OF "IDEAL ORG BUILDINGS" YOUR STATEMENTS ARE COMPLETELY ACCURATE AND THERE ARE MANY THAT SHARE THIS TRUTH. THANK YOU PIERRE.
  24. DeathHamster Member

Nah, they wouldn't rent a place. That would cut into the money that they suck from members. If they're not sneaking into Yonge St, it'll be at the temp org. (Unless they have blackout curtains, the lights should give it away.)

If they hold the evening events practically every week, we need to find out the day. I'd guess Friday or Saturday.

  27. I read Pierre Robillard's letter with great interest.
Pierre has changed brands of Kool Aid from the new and improved to the original. He thinks that things used to be good, then L.Ron died and things began to suck. Well, they were never good. That's why there is no one else around from 1969. He is the last one to realize that it is a con. He is also among the last to realize that the new cult offices are just a big sham with nobody in them. I am not surprised that the fund raisers are on commission. It is like everything else associated with Scientology.
While he, himself, has worked his fingers to the bone for almost no money in salaries he neglects to mention commissions so I have to wonder. He now awaits the assault from dyed-in-the-wool, do-it-for-Ron Scientologists. Surely they will come. Ron, the old lumberjack fighter, taught his subordinates to do that. Pierre should think back over his 44 years as a member of the para-religion. I am sure he has seen it before; he may have even been on the Scientology side attacking an SP a time or two.
Well, it is great to hear that another exec thinks things are going poorly. The worse it gets the happier I will be. Downstat was not caused by Davey the Creep. There were a slew of reasons, the biggest being improved communication. Yes, L.Ron was right that communication is the universal solvent (but not quite in the way L.Ron anticipated it would be).
Pierre's brand of silliness will never come back. The best thing he can do is grab and copy of Dianetics, close out his bank account, move to Bulgravia, rent an attic and get rid of the rest of his body thetans alone and in peace. The cat is out of the bag and the cult is on the ropes. The only question is will the knock out blow come from the various governments of the world or will there be a TKO caused by financial strangulation? I am betting on the latter but Pierre doesn't even know what the betting is about. The inability to admit that he has wasted his life and ruined the lives of others may be all that is keeping him in Scientology.
I hope that this is the first step on his journey back to reality. I hope he continues to tell all his friends. I hope he can look back at that letter six months from now and realize what a loon he had been for ever supporting Scientology at all.

    Suppressively yours,

    Korgo

The move was supposed to take place first in 2008 and then in late 2010.

    http://www.lapresse.ca/actualites/n...ie-au-centre-ville-le-projet-bat-de-laile.php

It's now 2013 and as far as we know nothing is done. When they start the renovations the media will be all over this.

There is simply not enough french canadian scilons to raise that type of money (10 M$).

And the ideal org in Qc City is still empty...

I guess he meant that in the last month they've started a campaign to raise funds to start the renovations. (Or they use the same invisible renovation company as Toronto.)

Have some videos taken over a few months and these are a couple image captures.

The back alley view of the building is run down and shows much work needed.

Lots of Graffiti on lower parts of Org building and adjoining ones.

The FRONT of the building is quite fancy near the entrance:

Going to cost a fortune to heat this sucker in Montreal WINTERS and cool/air condition in hot, humid summers ... and the other utilities.

That struck me too. Debbie Cook was good. This one seems less shrewd, more deluded.

What this deluded cultie doesn't understand is that David Miscavige is taking the Church in a new and better direction for future revenue and survival. This cultie can not see that Dianetics and Scientology have never worked and the world realises this. Nobody wants auditing and training as an auditor anymore. Nobody wants to waste their time being audited if it is clear that it has never done anybody any good. Miscavige has steered the Church into the direction of its parishioners being donors so they can take the money and give nothing back in return. They have outreach programmes and a new presence in the community in the form of Ideal Orgs. This brings in new recruits and donors and that is now what it is all about. This culties thinking is still stuck in the 1950s.

    ^^^ thanks for the "likes"

But that's the point isn't it with these exes that have been in for decades? They are stuck in the old way of thinking. They still believe in Dianetics and Scientology actually working to cure people and raise their intelligence. It never bloody worked. They still believe that course work and auditing and training should be the main function of an Org. But the world looking on can see that it goes to nowhere. And as for the OT levels, that is so 1960s hippy far out man. It doesn't belong in this day and age. What is needed is large impressive buildings with deep pile carpets and chandeliers that are open to the community, that the community can use. Scientology needs to be leading the fight against what bothers the community such as street drugs, crimes, mental health, stress. If Scientology can be the leader in this then they will draw in large numbers of recruits who will work for them for nothing. It will attract celebrities. That will attract the rich and the famous. And the last two categories will be donors. BIG donors. Giving and not expecting some nonsense promised them back. THIS is the way the Church should be going and not some throw back to muddled New Age nonsense and hippy crap "far out man" OT levels. David Miscavige has mended Scientology and brought it into the modern age and made it meaningful in the modern age. As for the old timers, if they can't modernise their thinking and still hang onto the Hubbard crap then they can all fuck off.

I don't think the Ideal Org program is capable of -- or intended to -- grow Scientology. Miscavige just realized that if people pay to go up the "bridge" he actually needs to deliver things and further they get the closer they are to realizing that they aren't going to get superpowers.

However, if people pay to buy buildings then he doesn't have to deliver anything and at the end he has buildings and people who still think they are going to get superpowers some day.

Plus I think sitting on huge amounts of cash can cause its own problems whereas nobody thinks twice about a "church" owning a pile of real estate.

Yes and they still want to take over and control the world and it's people according to Lron's 'scriptures. One way or another.

People don't want to "get up the Bridge" anymore. For people on the outside then Dianetics curing epilepsy and cancer is laughable nonsense bordering on the fraudulent. As for Scientology and going Clear and having perfect recall then this is laughable although an Internet search can help a person arrive at that conclusion. As for gaining minor magical powers on the OT levels then that is so hippy, "far out man", 1960s New Age stupid crap. As for "Superpowers" then don't even bother. Enough said for people on the outside. For people on the inside then you have two types; the traditional "Hubbard wrote it so we have to follow it" and the "based on the works of" and "Scientology is changing" newer crowd being fostered by Miscavige. Miscavige hates the old "Hubbard lovers" so he punishes them by redesigning the Bridge with each new GAT and making the Hubbard lovers redo their Bridge time after time and repay for it time after time. He is exploiting their weakness. As for the "Scientology is changing" crowd then they are not much interested in doing the Bridge because they are inside and can see the Hubbard lovers are deluded and no more able than they are after having done the Bridge (sometimes several times) so they are not bothered with the Bridge. More appealing is the "help in the community" angle. However, the "Scientology is changing" crowd are young and idealistic and they can't grasp that "help in the community" is nothing but a screen. They are too naïve to stop and think why they have never been out on the streets to feed the homeless. "Help in the community" is just a ploy to con in new members and get good PR to con in celebrities and rich people who want to rub shoulders with them and become BIG donors.

If the Ideal Orgs fail then at some point the property market will be up again and they can either sell them off or rent them out to companies. And yes, it is better for a Church if it holds its wealth in the form of property rather than just money. Plus it raises their visibility and gives them credibility.

Nobody, nowadays wants Hubbard crap any more. But it is OK to not take it seriously and go with the "based on the works of" angle for historical reasons. Miscavige has done a masterly job of bringing Scientology into the next century and making it relevant.

How long before "The writings of LRH are just metaphors." Where there is a will there is a way and there must be a way to slowly bring this about. If Miscavige did this he and the C of S would be home free. That bullshit answer just might convince some of the newer crowd, as you say.
