    Re: POLL - Do you approve of this press release

    I'm not moving this thread, since it's relevant to the Jett Travolta situation. But I might rename it to something saying something about sample op-ed letter or something like that, in case you don't disagree.

    I think this is a big nail in the coffin for the cult. I just don't think a press release by Anonymous is necessary.

    wow...ok..
    1. press release= one big target
    harpoons= many small targets.
    which is easier for co$ to hit? just sayin...

    2. actually IMO it's time to start moving away from the Travoltas a bit. Parent losing kid means other parents are gonna feel a lot of sympathy. I don't see how we can even mention the Travoltas without sounding like opportunistic asswipes.

    Why not pick up the tiny thread underneath Jett's story? There's a growing curiousity about scientology's relationship to medicine. Do we really need to talk about Jett specifically in order for his death to mean something?

    Just focus on the scamotology we-can-cure-you garbage. We already got the dox, right?

    Leaked Recording of Scientology Founder Proves That Church Lied

    Despite claims that have been made to the contrary, Scientology opposes the use of any psychiatric medications, including the Depakote that Jett used to control his seizures.

    I extend my condolences to Scientologists John Travolta and Kelly Preston after the untimely death of their son, Jett. It is my sincerest hope that they did everything they could for the well-being of their son.

    (snipped because we've already read the rest - nicely done)
