I understand that this isnt the greatest idea ever but you have to be open minded and creative. im glad that people are making better ideas for an idea like this. this is how things get done. this is what being an activist is all about!

This is a shitty idea. Was discussed to death last year and nixed for all the same reasons as this year.

Maybe print out hundreds of YFTC's to hand to the people at the door.

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

Let's let Halloween remain fun and unpolitical shall we? If you want to do a halloween theme at during a raid, that is one thing. But let the kids have their candy without handing out tracts like some Jack Chick worshipping savage or CCHR scilon front company goon.

Probably the most effective shit that gets done on this forum.

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

This idea was already brought up by a halianon. Check their thread.

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

I noticed you had a replacement poster there for awhile. I hope you are feeling much better now. I can sense a calmness in you that wasn't there before, but the fractures are certainly not healed.

Herro is trying to hard these days something is off. Trolling used to come so naturally to him/her in the past.

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

Reverse flier then? Make a complete troll supposedly pro-Sci flier, and walk around in suits (no masks though) handing them out?

It'll inform people and piss them off at Scientology even if they don't read the flier.

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

Hi I really like the idea of going up to homes you know, and telling people straight. They'd take it on Halloween and no other possible day. I haven't read the thread at all yet so I wanna say I don't see what's wrong with that at all

In fact it is a really impressive idea

I'm obv gonna give YFTC to trick or treaters

start 'em young lol, and they could possibly filter up to parents :p

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

It's an amazing idea. The Anonymous uniform is like a Halloween costume. People will be entertained to see it and will listen. They have probably seen people dressed that way on the news. Please listen to me

    Goodbye for now

Going door to door and shoving your ideas on people who just wanted to give you candy makes you pretty close to Mormons, albeit halloween Mormons. People don't want to be preached to in their homes, period.

"But The Moon", you say, "we're spreading an important message!"

So are Scilons and Mormons and door to door campaigners, as far as they're concerned. That doesn't make it look any better in the eyes of the people you're trying to reach, and is almost like Christian fundies who use halloween to spread Jack Chick tracts.
    </seriousfag>

In conclusion this is one of the gayest ideas ever, coming from a guy who happily puts dicks in his mouth.

edit: Oh I'm like the millionth guy to compare this to Jack Chick

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

perhaps just take a small amount of fliers and hand them out, if your in costume it should be safe

in public and alone the quite anon is the safe anon

especially if your the chaperone, which is true in my case

best case scenario, nothing happens on Halloween police and the pubic are a little on edge with a thousand kids hitting them up for candy and teenagers who pull pranks

and women who wear too little and force me to stare at their awesome boobage

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

If sexy femanons came to my door I'd listen.

But then again, if sexy lady Scilons came to my door I'd probably do the same...

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

would you be more likely to get lucky with a sexy femanons or a sexy female Scilon?

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

well, the anons in my area are just gonna meander around town in a big group with a boom box and just one sign encouraging the public to inquire why there are kids all wearing the same mask with a sign tempting me to go to sites about protesting and cards i found

more hanging out and epic lulz then "spreading the word" but still gets the message out there never the less without being a dick about it.

    it gets old son

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

which would scare a little kid more

Weren't daytime Hallowe'en parties outside Scilon HQs suggested somewhere? Then by nightfall we can all go home and use the same creepy costumes as we offer candy to kiddies. With YFtCs if you want.

    Back to the OP

I hate to be a lulz-killer, but when someone comes to my door when I'm about my house, even on Halloween, for anything barring candy or caek, I'm not exactly inclined to give them anything other than goodbye, or caek, and that's if they're lucky.

Have any Anons who have gotten out of basement-fapping, as many have, considered leaving a small present in the form of an informational flyer with a package of candy (and maybe caek) about Scientology and Miscavige's abuses? While you're handing out the Snickers bars to the children, what if you put an anonymous flyer in their bag asking the creepiest question of all?

    Who is David Miscavige?

I know if I were to be a concerned parent about something mysterious I found at the bottom of my kid's candy bag, I'd get on that website right away to find out what the hell was going on.

    Just sayin. ;)

thanks for the advice. maybe i should post a new thread with all of these adeas and get our fellow anon's to vote and see which might be more benficial to everyone. so that everyone is happy. all of these stratigies sound great!

P.S. trollers dont be assholes about some of these ideas we are giving. if you think it sucks balls dont say anything or how bout give a better suggestion or idea.

    thank you

    How about this?

    Go fuck yourself

if you live near a school that allows study tech / lrh scholastics put a flyer about cult indoctrination in the bag with the candy

the parents will rage when inspecting the candy for body thetans and engrams

    Re: Project Trick or Treat

How sad is it when people cry "ZOMG WIN!!!" over putting an antiscilon chick tract into a bag of candy that the kid is going to tear through like a fucking lawnmower?
