I don't think he'll 'go' at all. No more than Ron did, when he 'went off management lines'. There is no way to toss him out; he's got the bank books and the connections. He *could* be prosecuted and jailed, but, then the organization would *also* be exposed. And ended. If however, all the 'evil' of Scientology and the Organization can be concentrated into *just* Miscavige, then he can 'retire' and the Organization gets a 'clean bill of health' and won't need a prosecution. And, Davey doesn't have to go to jail and gets to keep the bank books and connections.

    What would change?

And, 5 (or 10) years down the line, when things have 'cooled off', they can even welcome him back to the fold as an 'elder statesman'.

Stay cynical; expect people to try to manipulate you and others; don't settle for less than actual criminal prosecution of the 'Church' of Scientology.
    What else?

I guess I just don't get it. If you'd prefer to 'declare victory' and go home, that's up to you. I like a good party as much as the next guy, but, I'll pass on this particular 'Victory Party'; it's premature.

  7. Do you have any suggestions for what people should be doing differently in light of your theory?

If you're asking seriously, there are always new angles. No reason there won't be more new ones. New methods; new footbullets; new faces and opinions. Mostly though it's just more of the same. The same thing people have been doing for 50 years that's finally bearing fruit; watch, expose, speak publicly and inform. It's why we're here now; why stop now?

Zinj, I can't see why you are that grumpy today :)
Look, nobody's calling off the fight, nobody likes Marty and Hubbology 2.0 more today than he did last week and nobody is kissing Slappy Dave.
We just haz a happy cause Ursula had a nice win and the terrordwarf will likely throwing one hissy fit after the other currently. Plus we got some lulzy Pinoccio shots.
Once he is back in Casacranka Marty will be denouncing Anons as doing the work of Miscavige again and all will be as before with the difference that the German diplo's have some good ammo for the next meeting with the US diplo's. Which is excellent.

Now relax, and tape some more good music that you still owe me, slacker :p

    This is true.

The Rons org have not to my knowledge ever been attacked by government in Germany or Switzerland.

In fact Marty posted a complete OSA OP document aimed at shutting down Rons's Orgs
work in promoting the FZ in Russia. Max Hauri was quite specifically targeted.

Max and his group has been subject to pickets from CO$. These were literally in fact the term CO$ uses,
    " Hate Marches".

Also note the irony already pointed out, of the CO$ picketing one that holds their own religious

There is something Germany could do to help mattera all round IMO. Currently if one is a scientologist
one can not get government jobs or teaching positions. Now if one is a member of the CO$ cult, that may be justified. If one is an FZer its not.

And note that a cultic mindset trying to infiltrate sensitive positions can lie about such
affiliations, so this legislation is probably innefective and makes the German government look bad.

More big news from Hamburg where we are just back from the Marcus Lanz show. It will broadcast and also stream live on the Internet at 11 PM Hamburg time. Although Marty Rathbun speaks in English with a translater it is in German so maybe some one can translate the segment which last about 10 minutes.

It is an excellent show and a great routine between Marty and Ursula.

MORE BIG NEWS: about Scientology and Cruise and the Clintons and ..........

How does that restriction define Scientologist?

If it is defined as an active member of the Church of Scientology, then that's kind of moot.

That seems to make sense, but, there's a problem. The problem is 'Keeping Scientology Working'. No-one embracing, promoting or practicing that policy is suitable for employment anywhere it would conflict with 'wog' ethics and laws; which is anywhere that requires confidentiality and/or puts the performance of duty to the *job* above the obligation to put the good of Scientology above all else.

And, there's a long history of Scientologists actually *practicing* 'Keeping Scientology Working' on the job, including teachers in public schools attempting to insinuate Hubbard material into the school, employees at banks, internet providers or public utilities assisting the 'Church' with information on 'Church' targets etc.

KSW and Wog Ethics are incompatable.

There is some truth to that, but in regard to government it is not only KSW, but it is metered auditing and sec checking that is not acceptable.
If you have a confessional situation where the there is a make-shift polygraph and a worksheet with preconceived questions employed, the confessing party can't just evade the asked topics and can't just plain out lie when he does want to evade a question. Unacceptable.

No, anyone who subcribes to Hubbard's insane edicts towards children should never be allowed to hold a position of trust with them.

Looks like one of CoS' pathetic attempt to diverge attention from the happenings in Hamburg is to spam fake press releases about the glory of narconon - nothing for over a week until today - (not scientology links but not worth a minute of your time, just meant to show Scientology desperation):
