    CoS hierarchy of excuses:
    • We've never done that.
    • It was done by a group of rogue members, and they were kicked out long ago.
    • We haven't done that since last week.

"The Guardian correspondence concerning the Clearwater 'Flag' base is contained in a 4-inch-high stack of letters relating to 'Guardian' orders by Hubbard. Those and thousands of other documents now available for public inspection were the basis for the conviction in U.S. District Court Oct. 26 of nine top sect officials and Guardians, including Mary Sue Hubbard, Ron Hubbard's wife."

    • It was a completely legitimate program, but the rogue GO took it to illegal places. Drat them for giving us a bad name.

Even now it is clear they have no comprehension that those TRs do teach people to lie.

Lie = deflect entheta questions = lie by omission and or obfuscation.

Have to concur it is a political skill though however even when they are trapped and they know the true answer they will still try to produce a woolly one or even later deny the answer they gave later.

Tommy Davis is actually probably fairly good at using those TRs but he also makes plenty of mistakes and simply says out right lies.

Another point. They cannot understand that it is a strong indicator of a serious problem when they are constantly trying to figure out ways of not being open about things. When they are always using spin.

Sure Governments use spin and frankly they use it too much but when push comes to shove they tend to be more open about things that the church of scientology.

Oh and L Ron Hubbard did have a hand in creating those TRs, TR-L etc. but by that time he was well versed in creating plausible deniability.

    ok..
they are saying that L Ron did not teach people how to lie...
But many people know (who are not Scientologists) how much Hubbard lied himself. Most of his life was a lie.
So that is ok to Scientologists then?

Indies can argue till the cows come home about what Hubbard meant by what he wrote in his policies (they argue that they were not the originals or they were twisted) and give every excuse in the book how Hubbard didn't write an abusive order in his life and that DM "changed" ALL the policies that Hubbard wrote. And they can interpret things that Hubbard wrote however they want ....

    BUT!!!

How the hell can they explain Hubbard's debunked, military, travel records and school records?
Yes I know the Indies can defend that and say the records on the internet are not the same ones, or the originlas were destyoyed and that they don't believe everything on the internet... That is of course only if it is something that they except to be true.

But what about Hubbard's own voice saying that he was on the Van Allen Belt an almost got hit by a train?
and the actual B&W VIDEO of him being interviewed saying he never had a second wife?
How do they explain those? Are they saying it is not his voice? It was an edited interview?
It's amazing what they refuse to believe that of which is staring them right in the face.

Now I already know the answer to these questions. I basically wrote this for any lurkers who still believe that Hubbard was the best thing since sliced bread. Hubbard probably said he invented that too.
Self interpreted policies are one thing, (although of course we all know Hubbard wrote all the abusive policies, created the RPF and disconnetion (just to name a few) but denying actual footage of him lieing to the interviewer about never having a second wife and hearing his actual voice in recordings should be a wake up call.

And I guess they have no respect for what Hana Whitfield had to say? She said Hubbard ordered that 4 year old little boy to be locked up in that chain locker on the Apollo. NOBODY else did. He also ordered people to jump off the ship with their feet taped and blind folded.

And I don't want to hear, "well not everyone's perfect and he made mistakes" by an Indie or other Scientologist.
How people can follow someone that locked a 4 year old boy (or anyone for that matter) in a chain locker is beyond me. Never mind creating the RPF, disconnection, and breaking someone till they "make it go right".

If any Indies out there or other Scientologists believe that these policies were written by a compassionate, brilliant, physicist (lol), war hero, humanitarian who only cared about making this planet a better place, then you seriously have some huge MU's you better go over.

Open your eyes, it's all out there for you to read, for you to see on video, and for you to HEAR.

Way,way too much logic in this post. Scions and indies mainly deal in fantasy. They cannot bear to face that their whole life is a lie.
