Mostly good, but there are a few parts that sound tin-foily.

We take it as a given, that Gold is chock full 'o armament.
If the supervisors seriously believed that, they'd be upset
already. We haven't proven this point, no dox.
Suggesting they look for dox - (or ask Feds for halp?) less foily maybe?

Law abiding citizens don't ordinarily live in fear of arrest by LEO.
This is a tough one. Trying to read your letter from a neutral POV,
it sounds a little paranoid. Maybe Forseti (or similar) can suggest
a better way to convey this *very real* concern.

Maybe there isn't any better way.

Hrm. Google doesn't seem to think "Private Army" is chanspeak.

    revised is better, or tl;dr?

Firearms were mentioned by her, intimating that we were packing heat.

Fact is, Gold Base is an armed compound. Andre Tabayoyan helped set up security for the base. In an affidavit, he mentions the snipers nest you were shown. The affidavit is posted online:

    http://www.whyaretheydead.net/krasel/aff_at.html

    "SCIENTOLOGY IS ARMED AND DANGEROUS
    28. In 1991 I had to prepare the base so that it could be defended against the possibility of being taken over by the authorities in a time of crisis. There are approx. 750 people at the base. I was in charge of a project designing the base security system, the perimeter fence, the ultra razor barriers, the lighting of the perimeter fence, the electronic monitors, the concealed microphones, the ground sensors, the motion sensors and hidden cameras which were installed and all over the area -- even outside the base.

    29. Church monies were used to purchase semi-automatic assault rifles (HK 91 assault rifles capable of firing 300-350 rounds of ammunition a minute, 45 caliber pistols, .380 automatic weapons and twelve gauge shotguns were stockpiled. These weapons were not registered. Church monies were also used to buy the ammunition.

    30. Church monies were also used to purchase a large amount of pounds of gunpowder for the construction of various types of explosive devices to be used in the defense of the base.

    31. The motorcycle guards were trained to carry loaded cocked 45 caliber pistols. The eagle scout, mounted high above the base, was trained to carry a high powered rifle with a telescopic scope. There is also a 1,000 millimeter telescope up with 'eagle'.

    32. I developed three classifications of intruder and established the level of deadly force to use for each. In addition to firearms, the guards were taught how to effectively wield little batons. The basic things like striking to the center of the heart, the center of the solar plex and then to the side of the head, etc.

    33. At church expense, I trained the security guards and other base personnel in the use of these weapons and explosives. I also trained them in the close quarter use of fatal force. We built a combat range for training purposes and I instructed Scientologists on various ways of shooting people. I also trained them in night vision and ambush techniques. We used a ravine that was a natural round shield so the noise would not cause any noisy inquiries."

    A busy day in Riverside

First a bunch of people went to the Bd of Supers meeting where the supers figured out what I've known for weeks. This ordinance does not affect our picketing at Gold at all, really. It's just a colossal waste of time by Sci's throwing legal mud at the wall to see if it sticks because they don't know what to do. All it has done has gotten a ton of attention and they get a raid every time the Superivsors meet. We aren't going way out there to Riverside and not go on to Gold even though it is dangerous.

So the proposal has been put on hold for four weeks and we can protest anywhere on Gilman hot springs road and say or mention anyone we want. It must drive them nuts! No one is visible but it is easier to be heard because the sound system is mostly broken.

I am angry they didn't let me go on a little longer when I began bringing up snipers, massive police presence, and the arms cache at gold. I felt I was trying to warn them of a potential Waco and Stone was like ... NEXT!

The cult lawyer basically mumbled out a "stay the course" and the female sci said "This isn't our fault" and "they shouldn't be able to protest at the cafeteria because the residences don't have kitchens. Therefore the commisary is a kitchen."

After that bit of legal meaninglessness Smurf, Graham, Orange and I went over to the Hemet Sheriff's office. Orange and Graham showed the video of him being beaten up to the investigator. She had not seen it and was very suprised apparently. I showed a still from of that video in my speech before the Supers.

Then we told the police we were going to Gold to protest. They must have called the cult because when we arrived the curtains of the guard shack were down. That means they were "shields up!" Absolutely nobody visible.

I am hoarse from yelling at imagined Katie Holmeses over fences. Four trips to gold in eight days is enough! But I will definitely go back there on the 24th for the big raid. I feel with the increased nonbiased police presence (unlike early on with CHPS) Gold is a safer place to protest now. We will have the next four weeks to protest unhindered.

Two of the supers in Riverside already dislike this proposal. One said "What are we doing this for?" And you only need two "nay" votes to sent this measure to the RPF.

Last week's protest was not stopped by cops on Thursday

Whooa Xenubarb. There is some confusion about this even on the board of Supers so I can see why you would say this. Five sheriff vehicles did show up but they did not stop the picket. It went on just fine. They told us not to target invididuals that lived there like Muriel Dufresne and David Miscavige. They were forced to play "legal referee." For instance they decided you could talk about LRH because he is dead and doesn't live there.

Re: Riverside Ordinance to be Revisited 01/13

Okay. Call me crazy on this and I was saving this for the xenu.net boards but I have speculation on eagle's nest:

It's not only for sniping or maybe not and just has a lookout, but will be used as a last resort to cause a landslide and bring the mountain down the on compound in an attempt to kill all scilons and whoever's raiding.

Okay. according to AGP's docs today. There's a rock-like tent next to the dug out hole.

The tent is used by the sniper or lookout while in the actual nest itself is packed with enough explosives to at least trigger a large enough landslide to bury the place.

As AGP has on his website http://www.angrygaypope.com/:

Apparently, LRH got the property cheap because the whole "castle" area is on a floodplain AND a fault line runs nearby. Huge risk of liquefaction if a quake strikes esp. during the rain. Also, the mountain is at high risk of sliding down onto the buildings.

So unless someone can correct me and say the explosives were placed anywhere else, I'd say we have a pretty fucking dangerous last resort here. Again, all speculation.

This is some pretty serious shit and I do not put it above them to do such a thing.

    Thoughts on this?

Re: Riverside Ordinance to be Revisited 01/13

a little tl;dr maybe, but probably fine.

re: paranoia - totally 100% justified. Corrupt cops are corrupt.
But supervisors who haven't witnessed the whole context (and the history) will have a more difficult time buying that.

Supervisors work closely with LEO. They're BFF. Getting the point across that (some of) their BFF are lying, cult-addled scumbags is difficult to do without sounding nuts. Riverside peeps have no clear way of knowing if your beef with a few specific officers is just that, or more general (h8n pigz!).

Its tricky. You do an awesome job!

Re: Riverside Ordinance to be Revisited 01/13

Seeing all this coming out of Riverside County reminds me of some valuable things I have learned at great expense of money, time and effort (persistence).

    1. To find out exactly what crimes Scientology has been committing you just have to do one thing.
Listen and take notes on their criticism and charges against critics. The points noted will give you precisely what THEY have been doing. The cult spokesholes are protecting criminality and cannot help giving out their crimes veiled as attacks on others. Riverside County hearings are just one great example of this.

Cult accuses protesters of being armed while the cult is armed and dangerous.
Cult complains about yelling while they use loudspeakers to do more than just yell.
Cult accuses protesters of trespassing. Cult has blurred vision of the reality of property lines and what belongs to public as land.
Cult does not want protesters outside their "residences". Cult sends PIs to harass at critics' residences and places of work.
    Etc...(the long list goes on).

    2. Scientology will lie, cheat, steal, blackmail, defraud, abuse Justice without any regard whatsoever for the integrity of their actions. They pay lawyers to do such things from the stolen loot of members who have been misled and defrauded. Never believe anything a Scientology representative utters and you can't go wrong. Trusting data from Scientology-related people is where officials make their biggest mistakes.

    3. In Scientology there is a belief that anyone who is not a Scientologist and who opposes it is what they term a "Degraded Being". DM is the hero and DBs are the enemy. I am sure that OSA, DM and Scientologists consider all Anons as just psychiatry-infested Degraded Beings who have no value and who are fair game to be destroyed in the shortest time possible. They have ZERO compassion for non Scientologists, as a group. The cult is a heartless entity that hates everyone and everything that does not serve its needs and greed for power and control.

    Moar later if wanted.

Re: Riverside Ordinance to be Revisited 01/13

Amazing. Reading this thread was like being there. Scilon power in Riverside has been dealt a harsh blow today. I doubt the County Council will ever be on their side again after this. Now, when individual cops act in a corrupt fashion for Scientology, they can expect to have the local government actually look into it.

Scientology could quite possibly have gotten away with the same shit they've been doing for years if they'd stuck to it, but they footbulleted again. They just HAD to have their own personal ordinance in a blatantly corrupt process, with the public watching. And Chanology was there to make sure they were.

I've been trying from a distance to do anything half this effective to shame the Riverside authorities into waking up. Apparently it's finally happened.

EPIC win. Great job AGP and Graham and everyone else. (Even AO and Smurf.)

Thanks to all of you who took the time to post updates and vids of this, been intersting as hell to be able to follow this same day, and hats off to those that spoke at the meetings. I think its great you had an extra audience (the animal folks), I'm sure the whole event will have an impact on at least some of them and ideally add to the ranks of the curious, the info seekers, and even anons. That there were at least 3 news sources present is a huge plus too and I'm curious to see how this will be reported (find out soon enough eh).
All in all, wow! A question or two came to mind when I read the reported number of victims GE purportedly houses/supports. Is 500 an exageration or static, anyone know if its, like really 50-500 fluctuating blah blah. What are the laws in that region for housing such numbers? Where does all the shit/sewage go, municipal system? Where do they get their water? That sort of number means pretty heft comsumption from somewhere? Feeding that many peoples, are there permits/inspections required like in hotels and restuarants? Are the buildings regularly inspected for fire and safety by any gov't body? Is everything 'to code' (consider some of the affidavits on 'renos' @ BB & Harrison etc.). Paid staff? They getting at least minimum wage per state laws? (damned near a jk that one). So much moar.............. fkin insomnia....gah!....lost chain of thot, later....
