    The guy’s at Dogma Free America are following this story in their podcast. They suggest contacting the ACLU, FFrF and Americans United for the Separation of Church and State, whom they believe, would have an interest in current proceedings.

    Certainly. There are noise ordinances in residential areas, too. 110 db organ tones would not be allowed. Also, residential buildings must follow certain safety guidelines that I am sure places like the SP Hall lack...emergency exits, etc.

    buildings can get (old) documentation demonstrating compliance

    Dangerous sharp permanent spiky spikes should be harder to hide.
    ....if you could only get someone to go over there (on public easement) and lookatit.

    Protects "RESIDENTS!!!" And it does unreasonably restrict protests.

    Edit: Anyone getting this recorded? She stated it will not restrict picketing against scilons.
