I agree that his recent pro-scientology stance is damning, but he's so amazingly pro-state power and anti-big business that one must consider whether or not he is the lesser evil. As far as politicians go, he's less of a bag of shit than most.
He will never get elected, that isn't his game. His game is injecting things into the debate and raising issues. The Libertarian stance, put simply, is a pipe dream.
