Yes. this is at the Powell BART station. But notice how there's only one lousy table - in the old days (2008 era) Scientology would have 4 big tables going, so i'll bet this photo is recent. Guy on the right looks familiar, but the hair is too short -maybe he got a Christmas haircut!

December 14, 2014 from one to five pm at the Electronic Frontier Foundation office, at 815 Eddy Street, San Francisco, CA 94109

Join volunteers from the Electronic Frontier Foundation, Creative Commons, and the Bay Area Wikipedia community to write and edit about human rights and free speech online. We will improve, create, and update Wikipedia articles related to global internet censorship. People regularly turn to Wikipedia to get a basic overview of internet censorship, so it's crucial that we ensure Wikipedia’s coverage is up-to-date and accurate. Internet censorship means that users across the world aren't always using the same Internet, cannot access the same websites, or can't contribute to or read the same Wikipedia articles. Speech-chilling government surveillance, blocking, and filtering are all methods of censorship, and they are globally ubiquitous. Internet censorship impacts users everywhere, because fewer people are able to upload or contribute to the Internet or access information online.

In addition to improving articles on Internet Censorship as a broad topic, we will focus on improving and updating key articles about internet censorship for individual countries, and if possible, ensure the content is also available in their local language.

Please join us in person or online to help improve the public conversation on Internet Censorship. All levels of Wikipedia-editing experience are welcome!

YEAR-END CLEARANCE - EVERYTHING MUST GO!! SFAnon goes to party at the San Francisco Ideal Org for New Years, and there were even less Scientologists in the house than at the IAS Money Party in October. One Scientologist smirked at us and informed us that we're wasting out time. Another angry Scilon popped out and "took our picture". Other than that, the Scientologists didn't have much to say, but at least one of their children was excited to see Anon there! No cops. Just music, disco lights, and free information. Hope you all had a great New Years, take good care and thank you for watching!!

United for Human Rights is holding an event on January 19th at the San Francisco org to mark the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. In attendance will be Manu Ampim, professor of history at Contra Costa College in San Pablo, CA, poet Kinara Sankofa, and Bishop Theo Frazier, a Pentacostal minister and longshoreman union activist.
