And also, a suggestion if I may... (exempted this from the OP)

As we are gaining more attention from the worldwide media (thanks to the stemming KESQ stories), its very important that we should make sure we have all of our knowledge of Scientology to be accurate and that we are confident of its validity. I would suggest that for anyone who is still confused about what goes on at certain angles to set aside time for more research.

If "disconnection" is your big thing, try looking further into Snow White

If its "fair game", look into RPF.

And etc, etc. I just think it will be more important for us from this point forward to be widely knowledgeable about as much as we can, other than what we have either dealt with personally or what touches us most. So that if any future reporter were to ask someone about their tax exempt status, we don't just point them to whoever knows best. WE know best. We should be able to help answer for it all.

But thats just my suggestion. If you think you've got everything under control, then mad props to you and Xenu bless.

BTW - Talked to the water board employee in my neighborhood and he says to make a complaint with the Santa Clara water board. the water is NOT reclaimed but said something about chlorine content and that something needed to be added to the water to fix that.

Wearing Disguise During Crime:

(185.) Section One Hundred and Eighty-five. It shall be unlawful
for any person to wear any mask, false whiskers, or any personal
disguise (whether complete or partial) for the purpose of:
One--Evading or escaping discovery, recognition, or identification
in the commission of any public offense.
Two--Concealment, flight, or escape, when charged with, arrested
for, or convicted of, any public offense. Any person violating any
of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor.

Hate Crime:

422.55. For purposes of this title, and for purposes of all other
state law unless an explicit provision of law or the context clearly
requires a different meaning, the following shall apply:
(a) "Hate crime" means a criminal act committed, in whole or in
part, because of one or more of the following actual or perceived
characteristics of the victim:
(1) Disability.
(2) Gender.
(3) Nationality.
(4) Race or ethnicity.
(5) Religion.
(6) Sexual orientation.
(7) Association with a person or group with one or more of these
actual or perceived characteristics.
(b) "Hate crime" includes, but is not limited to, a violation of
Section 422.6.

Disturbing Religious Worship:

302. (a) Every person who intentionally disturbs or disquiets any
assemblage of people met for religious worship at a tax-exempt place
of worship, by profane discourse, rude or indecent behavior, or by
any unnecessary noise, either within the place where the meeting is
held, or so near it as to disturb the order and solemnity of the
meeting, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not
exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in a
county jail for a period not exceeding one year, or by both that fine
and imprisonment.

Helpful officer is helpful. Thanks for posting the relevant laws. Good thing the mask and "haet crime" parts only apply "in the commission of any public offense". Scientology knows they're the criminals, not us. Just keep being awesome, guys. Keep actively NOT committing crimes and we're golden. As we always are.
