There has been only one press article. No FOIA requests have been returned. No action of any sort has been taken. Delorme does not acknowledge that the flyer is an issue. Press harpoons are not hitting. FACTS Delorme is paid $71,174.28 In 2 years Delorme’s ‘Network’ has made 1 radio commercial, report and 2 flyers (actually the same flyer rehashed). In 2006, Scientology sued The County. Now the county is doing their work for them. The flyers appear to have been distributed by Scientologists. Full RTF thread summary here
Re: San Jose Fliers are OUT FOIA requests take time. And the four Ex's got some positive feed back after their remarks at the BofS meeting, and hopefully got the BofS's attention. The next BofS meeting is Tuesday, March 2nd, with another March 23rd. One can hope their will be follow up to get the situation on the official Agenda so their can be public two-way discussion with the board on the issue in the future. BigBeard

It could be a bit more thorough and I may yet update to include the implications of McKee-Stovall being a state actor, which I haven't researched yet.

Is there an at-large supervisor if the supervisor representing Santa Clara is not interested? Every real estate developer in the County can get face time with supervisors/staffs, why not the affected Anons?
