Re: Sandy Springs, Ga. Ideal Org, April 24, 2010 Only without the slaves present to maintain it. Haven't been there myself (and won't be this time around, being from out of town makes the schedule too tight for me), but in the pics online it's a dump.
Re: Sandy Springs, Ga. Ideal Org, April 24, 2010 Yes, Atlanta has an Ideal Org. It is currently under RLUIPA litigation (Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act): http://forums.whyweprotest.net/123-leaks-legal/cult-files-suit-georgia-59732/ And yes, it is indeed a dump, at least at the $5.6 million price they paid: 5395 Roswell Rd. has issues (slow loading, images)
Re: Sandy Springs, Ga. Ideal Org, April 24, 2010 Gonna jump down, turn around, pick a bale of thetans...
Re: Sandy Springs, Ga. Ideal Org, April 24, 2010 see I'm a dollar store girl looking forward to seeing picts of your caek. Also for any noobs: GA law is still enforce NO MASKS, NO LITTERING, NO BEING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY Thus you can not run onto the sci property wearing your mask while littering. I know it makes me sad too.
Re: Sandy Springs, Ga. Ideal Org, April 24, 2010 I'd nearly forgotten about that thread! The pictures don't include the stack of fallen/crumbled shutters by the front door. Had they been moved back then, or just missed in the pics? Granted, I understand that if absolutely every bit of detritus had been displayed, the forum's bandwidth would have been unbelievable for that thread! I guess I'll get to see what kind of progress *snicker* the cult has made on their building in a few days!
Re: Sandy Springs, Ga. Ideal Org, April 24, 2010 They had been moved, if I remember correctly, soon after the neighbors started sending pictures to the Sandy Springs government, thinking that was enough to stop the complaints. (It wasn't.) Yes, and also what progress the weather has made on the building, too. It will be great to have you there!
Re: Sandy Springs, Ga. Ideal Org, April 24, 2010 I'm sure the weather is taking its dear seasonal time on those flaking shingles, the wrongly installed and rusting roof vents, and the little cracks all over the rotting woodwork. But I can't wait to see it again.
Re: Sandy Springs, Ga. Ideal Org, April 24, 2010 What famous slavemaster lived there ? one of the founding grandpappies ?
Re: Sandy Springs, Ga. Ideal Org, April 24, 2010 Yargh ... 80% chance of rain tomorrow, just so you all know!
