This will be my 4th time down to LV but i've seen scilons on fremont street.... is there a known spot were the co$ hangs down there.

Not that i can tell. The 1st, last,and only time ive ever caught em was right across the NY NY where i filmed themn that day. Their main org is on Emerson and Dessert Inn in a really shitty part of town. I think there is also a celebrity center here but i dont know where it is.
I personally have never seen or noticed a scam test table before i joined wwp. and i used to whore it up on fremont street as much as i could back when i first moved here. Granted I've been whoring it up in SA for the last 6 months and just got back so i dunno what they've been up to since i got enlightened about them.

LV Anons are most likely out in the desert being fat and / or breaking the law.

A quirky thing I have noticed about the Strip in Vegas is the lack of an obvious delineation between where the public sidewalk ends and where the casino/hotel/restaurant properties begins. I assumed this was by design, to steer foot traffic closer to the enticing displays of neon lights and whistles that is Vegas. In some places it looks to me like there is no "public" sidewalk at all, at least the kind of sidewalks one sees in most cities. Certainly the pavers in the video are not your run-of-the-mill industrial concrete. My point is: is that table located on a public (city owned) sidewalk, or part of the business's front walkway? And If that is on the food court's private property, how and why did they receive permission? An easy way to get some info would be to ask the staff at some of the kiosks that are all around the area. They most certainly pay for the privilege to set up shop and may not be pleased to find about the Scientology squatters.

Some of that's because they redirect pedestrians to crosswalks above the street so the traffic does not get congested, any form of loitering is prohibited on these crosswalks. from what i understand there are some laws regarding publicly owned sidewalks but are rarely enforced cuz cops are too busy keeping tourists in line. As for where the table was i believe it was in a public sidewalk cuz next to them was a guy in drag and a couple with a pigmy monkey and a couple of pigs and the pigs did not say anything to any of them, but then again cops in this town are such faggots that its difficult to say whether they are enforcing the law or just completely ignoring it.
