I am pretty sure they do not have the survivng family member's permission to say the least. It is 10 parts. I just couldn't bare to watch all of it. I am pretty sure within the ten parts of this movie there are many people in these videos who did not give COS permission to use their image or whatever. It is a horrifying movie and very disturbing to watch.

And outside of the promo video, they didn't actually hand out TWTH with the torch on it. Which cost them a bit for the booklets they had to send back for new covers. They were gonna try though, so I count this as an attempted infringement where they got caught and called on it. BigBeard

Re: SCIENTOLOGY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS A quick analysis of this situation is that it IS in fact illegal to wear a military uniform not designated by the military but it is rarely enforced. Think of a kid wearing a uniform for a dress up party. however, I think there is very good grounds here. There is a test case where a man was wearing the uniform who was anti-military and the ex servicemen found this offensive and got the man arrested. If we can get ex-servicmen and women to complain i think this has a very high chance of sticking. Considering Hubbards crap service history in armed forces and the absolute bullshit this mock navy he created for himself, we can make this stick.
