Scientology sued for Fraud! It's going DOWN like bird sh**! (The Garcia Suit)

THIS IS THE HEADLINE that works! But the article needs the Brousseau stories about how drones customized TC's shit for slave wages. More about the custom suits, and the five meals a day, with two fully prepared selections from which to choose. Class warfare is very appropriate here.

Anyone old enough to remember Tammy Faye Baker or Imelda Marcos? They got rightfully crucified. People will respond to fraud and corruption to some extent. But if the headline says "This Guy Does Over-the-Top-Greed-Faggotry On The Backs Of Little People," He's toast.

anyone who happens to be passing by on Hollywood Boulevard?

Seriously, just because David "he is NOT insane!" Miscavige went with Tom Cruise and Katie holmes on their honeym, oon that's no reason to assume any such thing. Why, that would be at 1.1 on the "tone scale."

One definition of Blow = Leave. - That's English. Learn it, don't complain.
  8. In case someone hasn't seen this ESMB thread:

Former high-level Scientologists Luis Garcia and his wife Maria del Rocio Burgos Garcia have filed lawsuits in Florida against the cult (9 counts of fraud and breach of contract). They cite the 1993 tax-exemption agreement with the IRS, and they want their $420,000 back.

Many other suits may soon be filed across the USA. Remember when Scientologists filed thousands of nuisance lawsuits against the IRS to harass? Well, karma's a bitch, ain't it, Little Davie?

(If you thought DM drank lots of scotch, screamed and hit people before, I'm guessing it's about to get worse!)

Nobody knows how long the cult can delay the inevitable, but the cult is going down now! (Now THAT is something I can "Hip, Hip, Hooray!" to.)

Oh yes, just as you see here no people in the video. Well except for some staff members, it is another empty org building they boast about. The last time they had any people there was couple years ago at grand opening when they bused them in from Clearwater.

Correct - they are going down - nothing will stop it now. Everything else is just in a support role now.

And there are a lot more people here now, thanks to the WWP advertising campaign you inspired, which lately has been running in the New York City subway system:

Couple Sues Church of Scientology Over Use of Donations

"A California couple that spent 28 years in the Church of Scientology has filed a lawsuit accusing the organization of deceiving members about how their contributions to the church were used, says the Associated Press.
Luis and Maria Garcia, of Irvine, claim that most of the more than $420,000 they gave for building projects, disaster relief, and other causes was used instead to benefit the church and its leader, David Miscavige."

  28. Reminds me of a post by consensus that COS is in the endgame. It cannot win. It can only play out the game to its inevitable conclusion.

How the tables have turned. Now exes are using the legal system get Scientology to sue for peace. Scientology is defending, not attacking.

Scientology has been on the backfoot since 2008.

They are being crushed, slowly but surely, and there is nowhere for Miscavige to hide.

They can't attack as that means they have to open their books. This they can never do.

Bulgravia? Seriously, he will already have advanced plans on leaving the country and live in a place with no extradition treaty. Don't forget he has built up a retirement nest egg of two billion dollars in gold bullion.
  32. Most sane men would be on the run by now.

I suspect he will go down with the whole stinkin mess

There are rumours that he totally bet the farm on the stock market at some point and lost heavily. Perhaps. It's a cool story bro.

Here's another one: Maybe he's so desperate to scrape every last penny from the membership because he's deep in debt to people you really don't want to piss off? Maybe the Freewinds isn't running drugs out of Colombia, but running cash in?

I'm kidding here. Seriously, I could piss a better cult operation without trying, so what aren't we seeing?

He's got all the bank account numbers so he can dispose of the money as he pleases. The IAS contributors haven't got a leg to stand on because they are told the money is for a war chest. They agreed to give the money for nothing in return. It's in a war chest and COB is directing the war.

Running off to somewhere with all that money to someplace without an extradition treaty?

That's what people have been expecting for years.

It's not going to be real climax ending without a dirty nuke, nerve gas, botulism toxin, poison koolaid, a fire, a blast, something with a countdown timer that gets stopped at two or three.

Will Scientology just go out with a wee whimper, not even a damned rattlesnake?

Come on David Miscavige, surprise us you little shit!

(Dirty nuke is about all that cults haven't tried yet. Ummm... Is that Twin Peaks vault site with the outrageously huge propane tank upwind or downwind of LA?)
