    FUCK YOU!

Dreams are an important part of being Human. Not every dream is significant, and no one iwll pretend that they are indicative of anything in Reality.

But to completely deny dreams is patently ridiculous.

Glad to hear what LRH says about Dreams.

Hey let me tell you this: I dream of a world where Scientology is a footnote in History, where people wonder how they couldn't see the crimes they committed. And you know what? While this dream isn't reality, I WILL make it reality.

Fuck you and the Cult you came in on!

But in catholisism [or any other christian denomination] you can attend any service during the week or on Sunday for free. There is no obligation on you to donate anything. And certainly, there are no set sums for each donation
Catholic Theological college is for chosen few that chose to become priests. It doesn't always cost money, you can get a schoolarship. In Scientology - everybody needs to pay for each course.
And last point Scientology is not a religion. Doesn't matter how many times you repeat it, it's not. And it's not defined as such in most countries of the world. In Israel it's defined as a cult. Same goes for France and other European countries.

You can also get a Scientology scholarship for Scientology training if you join staff.

Don't play on his terms, it's pointless (no offence).

If you go to a christian church they will let you sit and read the bible for as long as you like and listen the the priest etc.
They only have one sacred text, and it's all you need for "salvation".
Go to a synagogue, a mosque or any of the other major religions's places of worship and you'll get the same deal. If you decide to buy one of their holy texts it's literally just to pay for production etc, you can get cheap copies or just get them online legally for free. They don't copyright their scripture or symbols because they want to "spread the word" and save as many people's souls as possible or whatever and they aren't a corporation.
I'm sure that quite often they'd give you a bible / other for free.
How much of that does Scientology do?

Oh, and I bet you could even go find a druid and talk to him about nature and stuff and become one for free. Just find a holy stick or something. In the UK they're a religion but Scientology isn't. That's how crap you are.

Also; I'm an atheist who takes a deep interest in theology, so don' call me a bigot or whatever. It's just make me lol.

    EDIT:

Oh, so you pay in labour hours instead of money? What's the difference?

This is the best one...it demonstrates the e-meter and there are testimonials from Scientologists.

    Start
    Questions:
And just exactly how is it a donation if 1) a price is set for it (see visual aid below) and 2) you cannot receive the course with paying said donation? That's an exchange of money for goods/services. That's a buyer/seller relationship.

Yes, all religions exist on donations. Yet, Scientology is the only one with a price guide. If Hubbard's teachings are as good as you say, can you imagine the massive donations that people would make after receiving it for free? If it's really that powerful and helpful, people would open their wallets to make sure it was spread as fast as possible.

What's that they say about giving 10,000 monkeys typewriters and eventually coming up with Macbeth?

That is why you have to think with the data...does it makes sense?...can I use this?

    L. Ron Hubbard defined the Second Dynamic like this:

"The second dynamic is the urge toward existence as a sexual activity. This dynamic actually has two divisions. Second dynamic (a) is the sexual act itself and the second dynamic (b) is the family unit including the rearing of children. This can be called the sex dynamic."

The above is the main definition, but there is also another one which is a bit broader:

"The second dynamic is creativity. Creativity is making things for the future and the second dynamic includes any creativity. The second dynamic contains the family unit and the rearing of children as well as anything that can be categorized as a family activity. It incidentally includes sex as a mechanism to compel future survival."

In Science of Survival Hubbard states that a person who is high on the emotional tone scale -cheerful, excited, enthusiastic - has a high sexual interest but it's often sublimated to creative thought.

from encarta sublimated means 1. transitive verb psychology redirect: to channel impulses or energies regarded as unacceptable, especially sexual desires, toward an activity that is more socially acceptable, often a creative activity

Lisa McPherson died of a brain aneurysm. There is no way to know or prevent this. She would have died suddenly no matter where she was. We can't blame the church where she happened to be at the time.
