Last week I saw this brilliant documentary about the kids of the ultra-orthodox Jews. Each question the kids got asked, they cited an answer from some holly book. At some point the kids said that the gentiles, are not really human [seriously!]. Sounds familiar to homo novis and the wogs?

Reminds me a bit of Jesus Camp. That documentary scared the shit out of me. Never have kids been more terrifying. No, Children of the Corn isn't in the same ballpark. Fuck, I doubt it's even playing the same game.

I haven't seen this documentary, will look it up on Netflix. Richard Dawkins said that religion is child abuse, and although he went a bit overboard with this statement, when it comes to fundamentalist relgions and cults - I have to agree with him.
And funny enough - those kids in the documentary were very eloquent, obviously capable of memorizing a lot, and providing well thought of answers [obviously within the limitations of their brain washed mind]. I'm always amazed how it's the smart and intelligent people that are the easiest to brain wash.
Not sure though if ScnTo is Scientology's smartest specimen.

Likewise, many of the children interviewed for Jesus Camp are perfectly articulate, and some are of obviously above-average intelligence. That's what makes it so scary--it's the fact that brainwashing can happen to (almost) anyone. I'm sure there are exceptions, though.
