Exactly. If you can get them to split up and go into the crowds in one's or two's, keep them chasing you for a block or so, or until they grab someone, then (if you have the numbers), turn on them, and take them out of the fight. Make sure you have enough people to do this and that they will actually take part and not just stand and watch. This tactic works if everyone participates. Divide and concur.
