    WooHoo!

Hey everybody. I can't wait to read what has transpired on this thread since I last looked. Obviously you know the outcome.

What an ordeal. The judge did a fantastic job of taking time to understand the elements of this case. I'm sure he spent more time on these misdemeanor charges than he spends on most felonies. Same for my lawyers.

I'm really speechless at the moment so I'll just leave this here:

    Thanks so much everybody! <3<3<3

What about the molestation charges? Just kidding. Congrats. Not surprised by the outcome, but it was the right outcome, so that's good.

I Pm'ed Sparrow to ask him about what to rename this thread, but I am sure he is busy. :)
Something tells me that WOO HOO! Sparrow Won! would be a good suggestion.

Sparrow, does this mean you can resume protesting in front of the org?
Also, keep in touch with DCfags. With LB visiting in June we might have something special planned.

This is not correct. A TRO was never issued in the civil case because of the criminal case. Moxon and or Kim have 48 hours from yesterday to ask for an emergency hearing for a TRO. Stalking case was disposed of yesterday and that leaves about 24 hours. In that time Sparrow could protest if he wanted too but it might not look good. We should know by the end of the week what the cults next move will be.

    Sparrow -- good job, man!
And a lovely shout out to your lawyer, Thomas Key.
And you too, judge, good job!
We are all happy for you, Sparrow.

Yes anyone can ask for a TRO. It is if he looses the civil case is when he has to worry. But I would not worry to much. If the judge grants it, it will because it is par for course and not because of anything else. One would think he would find it suspect that they lost the criminal trial. While he is supposed to only look at the merits of his case it wont be lost on him. Also any foot bullets in this case can be used in that one IE if she gave sworn testimony that conflicts with prior statements or statements she makes at during the civil trial.

Sparrow! Sparrow! Sparrow! Fuckin eh! A lawsuit win for the good guys, very nice indeed. Do us folks in Nashville a favor and keep Moxon in DC. He's been here for the 44 stuff and I don't want him in mah town deposin our anons.

Get that silly civil suit behind you and come protest with us. We'd love to have you! Rumor has it that Bella Cruise has moved here to be with mommy Nicole. How much fun would it be?

I am doing the happy dance for you Sparrow. Spectacular!

We might have to wait on the transcript- especially if any of it's going to be used in the civil suit. I'd much rather wait and see Sparrow put this all behind him than have the case banjaxed because some Anons were overanxious to read the juicy details. Believe me, I'm not saying this to be a downer- I'm just as anxious to see the details of what went down- but if waiting means Sparrow has a better chance of really putting the boots to Belotte, Moxon and the Cult, then I think waiting would be the better thing to do.

We might have to wait, but not because it will hurt SParrow's civil case. The transcript is public record, and anyone can see it. We might have to wait, because it takes awhile to get all that shit straightened out and put down on paper or whatever media they save it on now.

The details are made of win with a delicious and moist layer of cult ass-kicking. The account from Sparrow will be more fun than the transcript alone. But, there are some awesome bits that happened that are definitely in the transcript too.

you guise forgot the "woo hoo" in the thread title
or is this the title Sparrow chose?
if not, can we please has a woo hoo in the title in honor of Sparrow?
  39. Miranda Member

Sparrow hasn't responded yet. But I'll add it for now.
  40. I tend to like thread titles that are straight to the point for the sake of readability, searchability, and navigability.
