May I ask, (if it's not impolite) what brings you here?
  5. Anonymous Member

    No, you may not.

Is it just me, or do we have a significant recent influx of Scots here in the last couple of days. What's going on north of Hadrian's Wall? Is increased enturbulation afoot?

I'm wondering about the population of Scilons in Kingston Ontario. I found a Dianetics book (brand new, spine never cracked) at a library book sale a while back, and there seems to be some kind of org at the farthest end of Princess St. Beyond that I'm lost, I would appreciate any info and or suggestion on how to proceed...being a super noob and all.

    Ohai Failgore.
Keep an eye out for some of the active and awesome anons in canada, they can tell you.

Well if you ask a Scilon, they will probably say 100,000. But we know there probably aren't even that many scis in the world. Counting scis is kind of hard, since alot of them wind up blowing, or they join the Sea Org and then vanish. When you say A "Library Book Sale", I'm assuming you mean that the library was selling books they didn't want anymore? If that's so, that's EXCELLENT! Scis would brag for a while that they had a "Crusade" to get the basic books into libraries. And now, you saw a dianetics book being sold, for very cheap without ever being loved on a Library rack.

It might be a Mission (a corporate franchise run by individual Scientologists- which sometimes operate out of a store front or even a private residence). An Org is usually a big, fancy building run directly by the mothership, with a sizable number of permanent staff, and usually a steady (though trickling) traffic of happy little Scientologists going in to pay for their services.

Toronto is probably the closest place with a real-live ORG, and large numbers of Anonymous protesters.
You might want to check with them, and if you feel up to the drive I'm sure they have extra delicious cake to share :)

I have no idea WTF this is:
    http://www.leelgo.ca/site/business/en/Motion-Scientology/424963
It could be a defunct "Scientology Mission", but from Google, it looks like they sell insurance.

Can you tell us more about what's down at the "farthest end" of Princess St?

    A dozen, if that.

See this is why Community Mods know when to defer. I have no idea what our operations in Canada are like, so I defer to someone else who knows. I think Jacky Blue Note is from Canada somewhere. He might know something else too.

  13. Kingston, Ontario, hosts one of Canada's Federal, Maximum Security Penitentiary institutions.

I can only speculate here, but it may be that Scientology is attempting to set up Criminon & Narconon programs in Kingston.

I don't live anywhere near Ontario and this is why I can only speculate. I do know that like most everywhere that isn't Los Angeles, the cult is desperate for more bodies in the shop. If a mission, criminon or narconon program is being jump-started, it is probable that a very small number of cult staff members are running the show.

From the look of the Google Street view of the Princess Street address, it appears that something like a mission could be in place, as the street view shows a sprawling mall kind of situation in Kingston.

2447 is the creepy brick building across the street from the mall.
This address could be old / invalid, but the existence of a business with a name like "Motion Scientology" suggests that someone in town is up to something.
  15. Unfortunately, I have no contacts in Kingston. If I did, I would follow up for the benefit of the member that posed the question.
  16. whats going on, At Occupy Providence. New to this site but not new to the idea

    Google is your friend.
    And welcome.

There are in fact Narconon ads in the paper on and off, which is troubling given the number of people with addiction issues in town. The best I've come up with on that front is to make the people who run theStreet Health clinics aware of what Narconon actually is.
  19. You're being proactive and that is excellent!

    Nice work Fail..Kilgore.
What you are doing is made of win.

There's not a lot out there but malls and fast food places. It's sort of an odd place to be really.

There's a lot of activity around the NN facility in Trois-Rivieres (and none of it good!)
from former staffers/patients victims, trying to get the provincial and federal governments to shut them down.

They're collecting a pretty huge pile of documentation,
describing what Narconon does, how they operate,
details of the fraud, how and what they lie about,
and why it's a death-trap, and not a legitimate treatment facility.

There's a new NN base in Orangeville, northwest of Toronto that's just getting started.
Toronto Anons (and many non-Anonymous residents) are trying to raise awareness and keep it from happening.

Thank You! Just discovering Narconon Exposed was VERY useful, the rest is delicious gravy. Being able to provide a link with all that information was helpful in extreme. I could not have provided near that level of info in an organized way, and I'm learning a lot as I go.

  26. Are there regional rooms available on here? I have been looking, but I do not see any, as far as By State or city.
  27. What State or City are you seeking?

It can be difficult to navigate, unfortunately.

    If you're looking for Chanology (e.g. anti-scientology)
    try here:
    http://forums.whyweprotest.net/categories/irl-activism.256/

For "somewhere in the vicinity of central texas", here:
    http://forums.whyweprotest.net/forums/usa-central-mountain.263/
    http://forums.whyweprotest.net/forums/usa-central-mountain.271/

    For "things other than Chanology"
    try here:
    http://forums.whyweprotest.net/forums/planning.283/
but you may need to do some digging.

If all else fails, try using the "Search" box at the top-right of the page,
and enter your city (or a large city nearby).
