    And as for this one here, I suspect an error in retrieving the record, "Gilman Hot Springs" is not the name of the road on which the compound is located.

    My bad -- I thought the name of the road was simply "Gliman Spring"... Looks like it's the right thing. But there are three records:

    Could two records possibly reflect a lien holder? There's a finance/capital firm at the PA address. Could jump to conclusions with that one.

    Ownership name is interesting. "GOLDEN GRN PRODUCTION"

    Why abbreviate the middle word instead of "production" (prod.) as just about anyone else would? Petty, I know, but a full name might turn up something.

    Edit: Note that map above shows two tracts, "tract I" and "tract II", at that address.

    Visually, "GOLDEN GRN PRODUCTION" looks very like GOLDEN ERA PRODUCTION". My hunch is it's a typo.

    I have lots more....two parcel numbers resolved to the old, Castile Canyon (Happy Valley) area and supposed school. (one was 320 acres, the other must be the remaining acreage) Here is an article about that property.

    The (school?) building seems to have been in disrepair per this article. (So much for those glossy brochures):

As part of the project, the membership agreed to convert the existing baseball field into a football stadium that the tribe-operated Noli High School could use for its games, he said.

    Will be posting several things, there are some lists of parcel numbers coming up.

    Hopefully, we can find what is what. Someone did some research in 2000,
    and some things have obviously changed. It's cool that this work done,
    as it gives us a place to pick up. Thanks very much to the donor of this information.

    The list was not dated, formally. First I assumed it was from a 2000-2001 list because of another stack of printouts (up next) for the same tax year. It does not appear to be a compilation of all the other printouts I have. I'm going through all the numbers, starting fresh. (good idea anyway)

    You'll see some marks that I made, dashes (-) for numbers that I did not find online; checks for numbers found online. The last one is on the tax rolls for the 'Noli School,' formerly one of the parcels being the Castile Canyon property.

    What does a Tax Rate consist of?

    In California, the property tax rate is set at 1%. This rate is constant as guaranteed under Proposition 13 passed in 1978.     There are two recorded financial statements from Building Management Services to GE
    Capitol Public Finance, (2004 &amp; 2007) Here is one that is not complete. A few of the pages were too small and fuzzy. But you should get the gist that certain Golden Era Production parcels of property, are being used to secure loans. They are in debt....

    If you click on the link, it clearly goes to Golden Era Productions, with riproaring pictures of L Ron Hubbard, Dianetics and Scientology sales promotions. The next entry after this, lists "Golden Era Productions." With no weblink.

    You might want to check the property records, as the Golden Era Golf Course/Community Center listing may list an entirely different property owner per the Riverside County Assessor/Recorder of Deeds. As the Chamber of Commerce in Hemet, California, you have a fiduciary responsibility to report accurate information to both taxpayers and tourists you wish to attract.

    Clearly, the Golden Era Golf Course is not a clearinghouse for scientology sales? Is it even open to golfers, or could anyone think of golfing when stumbling upon that website?

    From the nature of leasedirect business.. I would say that there is some leased equipment on this parcel owned by De Lage Landen. It appears their business is leasing out all sorts of equipment or financing for all sorts of industry. I'm guessing it could be telecommunications, maybe it is that phone system, I think I read GTE somewhere, but maybe that is a code of some sorts. Maybe it was a leasing arrangement to buy some land. I would quit worrying about De Lage Landen other then they appear to be like a bank's name on a deed.

    I know 1111 Old Eagle School. It's a large office building in an industrial park. Probably 300,000 sq ft. and I'm sure dozens of tenants.
