I'm sure that this varies massively by locality and nation but, religious activities sometimes enjoy a level of protection not afforded to the average citizen. For instance, protests as religious service. Think about it. If the Scilons give you any crap during a protest, you can call the police because they are disturbing your religious service. Also, I'm pretty sure you could deduct the cost of your mask as a religious expense and we could probably get caek deducted as a rite of communion expense. Granted, this will probably die an apathetic and inglourious death but, I'm in if it doesn't.

I was attending services for a few years and thought about ordainment for awhile. Then I discovered "The Church Of Firearms Safety & Fine Tobaccos" and I converted. I go to every Sunday Service and twice on Tuesday to the Prayer Meetings. I'm really down with the gospel.

its a legit concept that unfortunately is mostly supported by those whom do not take it seriously, and wouldnt actually join an official anon church cause it would be run by those whom take it serious. plus it goes against everything that is anon. anon has no leaders, just members, so who will lead the church, a church requires believes, fully formed opinions, while the only ideas we agree on are that scientology is a dangerous cult and the interwebs are the greatest invention currently known to man. and if you disagree with the latter, reply to this comment without the use of internet to prove me wrong. While techincally anon is a philisophical concept, the government does not recognize philisophical concepts as relilgions, since the rules are very closed minded. they would require an org with a set leadership structure that owns property in which religious actions take place. We are all kind of about going to the places of worship of others and protesting. We can call ourselves a religion, but we would never be able to attain legit acceptance by the government because our believes force us to not adhere to the standard structure of a religion as seen by the government. sorry if that didnt make any sense, i am very tired writing this.
not unless we change a few of our basic beliefs, because no matter what doctrine we set in place for the church, we are bound to alienate some anons. even taking the nonsensical approach that seems to be popular on this thread will no doubt alienate all the anons that what to use this as a serious ploy to undermind the church of scientologies arguments against us. plus forming a church with buildings to congregate at will simply give the scilons a place to protest against us. but yes DS, this sadly is a poor pipe dream that sounds good at first glance.
yeah, not giving this serious idea any respect is kind of rude, i understand your having fun, and that the people having fun out number the people who are trying to give this some serious thought, but come on, if you arent serious about it, then why even bother posting? plenty of forums out there that dont even try to pretend their serious.
