What? Not to derail, but elaborate on the Piratebay stuff. That site is relavant to my interests.

The Raddox remix of Still Alive is a MUST. A lot of Rise Against is also totally relevant to our interests (Behind Closed Doors and Savior are two of my favorites).

Here's videos using those three blue's videos on Vimeo

    List ideal music for protests

Just a place to list ideal music for protests. Give a reason too, unless it is just for the LULZ. I'll get the barrel rolling.

All the songs off the "LULZ: a corruption of LOL" compilation CD. My thanks and 100 internetz to all the people who helped in that.

Pink Floyd- Another Brick in The Wall (Kinda protesty, plus everybody knows it, so it's good for singalongs)

Hollywood Undead- Young (It sounds kinda protesty, anarchic, etc)

Manowar- Warriors of the World United (Good for international megaraids, with a good thumpy rhythm, easy-to-learn chorus, ideal for clapping along with, or pounding on the crowd-control barriers if u lucky enough to get them at ur raids)

Spike Jones and his City Slickers- Der Fuehrer's Face (It's this old anti-nazi song, and for some reason, I can imagine Anons singing it at protests. I mean, I'm sure CoS has accused us of being Nazis before in a crazy rant, so a bit of irony in that direction is in order)

Get listing and linking....Oh and if a thread like this already exists, then direct me to it, lock this thread and tell me to lurk moar.

Yeah but all the other threads were bits and pieces, I was trying to make the deffinitive thread with all the musics in the OP, but now I can't edit the OP anymore :/
All the other threads had random tracks throughout the entire thread and it was fucking infuriating going through pages and pages just looking for music.

The criticism was aimed at fimoman's starting a new thread, instead of posting in one of the others.

    Re: THE protest music thread

In the UK, the police have told us no profanity in songs; we had pretty much got away with it without doing it too badly up until recently, when a small flash raid was going on, the scifags bawwwed to the police claiming swear words had been shouted over the microphone (lies, of course).

Jack Johnson - Mediocre Bad Guys

It's the music to the fake bomb threat video from march 08, not particularly lulzy or energetic, but fuck it I like it.

As far as profanity, Boston cops have pretty uniformly requested that we knock it the fuck out, although if it's not really clear they don't seem to notice.

    Good raid song?

Is this already on the Anonymous playlist?
    If not it should be.

    Re: Good raid song?

This one definitely should be considered for inclusion in the playlist.

    Judas Priest- "United"
  28. Re: Good raid song?

I really like the idea of incorporating a local feel if possible. Like when I read about the Melbanons using "Its a long way to the top" as they marched down the very street where the filmclip was flimed.

    Its all about synergy.

I believe the lyrics of Viva La Vida are so relevant & uplifting to the cause!
Such as: Puppets on a lonely String, St. Peter (burgs Times), Old King is Dead (LRH)
most of all,"Never an HONEST word that was when I ruled the world!"
