Doesn't really matter. She was never a member of the mother cult, so "preserving the church (blrrgh) orthodoxy" doesn't enter into it, no matter how much she did or did not get audited.

  3. when i was in the cult i couldn't express my opinion, here it starts to look like the fucking cult, guys. when someone disagrees or brings something negative, there comes the Ethics Officers to put ethics-in the ones that don't agree.

well, fuck you. i will continue to say whatever the fuck i please.

Dox that Marty is in it for the money?

As for the Mosey thing, I believe her contention is that she was never a member of the Church of Scientology or the Sea Org, which of course, she wasn't. Even if Marty did audit her, that does not change the fact that she was never a member of Hubbard/Miscavige church.

    ok so....... drumming fingers.
I would say the foot bullets by the cult were so bad today, that in my eyes the did a REALLY bad job of sounding credible. I have to take that as a win for Thursday stats.

The SB vid is so damaging. how can anyone watch that and say "oh yeah they have the right to do that"
I knew that "mission" was going to bite them in the ass some day.
And the butt church just had a big chunk taken out of their buts today showing that vid in court. They were prolly squirming in their pee stained undies while it was playing.

Problem is that they'll have to draw the line from the Squirrel Busters to Miscavige and CSI. You know any of those idiots will say they were rogue Squibs. Wait, almost forgot about Bert Leahy. He can draw that line.

    "11:46 am

We just noticed — if you put Colonel Sander’s mustache and goatee on Ricky Gervais, you have Judge Dib Waldrip.

Oh, now that we noticed it we can’t stop seeing it."

Ortega owes me a new keyboard.

A Cult lawyer actually said the exact words “Your honor, I am not a Scientologist, but"

  25. Too bad that their comm skillz were so unethical that they could not resolve their differences and had to resort to WOG law.

  27. She is right.
    Criminal conviction would be effective.
Because the millions that they utilise to pay off and silence unhappy customers comes right out of the Church Offering Plate. Their own stash of money is untouchable, like the religious version of an American LLC.

  28. ....Meanwhile, like a fox in sheeps clothing, they keep reeling in fresh meat.

Once a formal judgement may be made, it is impossible to keep that from the public domain.
Which would take the sheen off of their glossy commercials and pretty pamphlets that look innocuous.

If they can get some sort of formal legal injunction against that form of criminality, it will cut off the flow of the whole organisation.

They're probably watching a tiny life-sized hologram of Miscavige telling them exactly what to do.
