Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

    From Marty Rathbun's blog:
ref: Miscavige’s people can’t lie straight in bed | Moving On Up a Little Higher
Q (question): So do you have any responsibilities for Sea Organization members who blow?

    A (answer): No.

Q: You’re not supposed to follow individuals who have left the Sea Organization?

A: I’m not actually sure I understand the question.

Q: Okay. Do you follow individuals who left the Sea Organization without prior authorization?

    A: No.

Q: Have you ever done that?

    A: No.

Q: So you have never followed a Sea Organization member that has blown?

    A: No.

Q: Okay. So you have been to Texas in either April or May?

    A: Yeah.

Q: Okay. And what was the purpose of that visit?

A: I was — went with some friends to see a friend of mine who had left.

Q: Was that individual’s name John Brousseau?

    A: Yes.

Q: Isn’t true that you showed up at his motel room at 5:30 in the morning?

    A: Yes, it is.

Q: Did he call and ask you to come visit him?

    A: He did not.

Q: So when you visited him at 5:30 in the morning, it was unannounced?

    A: That is correct.

Q: And you came in a vehicle. And were there three other people with you?

    A: Yes, there were.

Q: Had Mr. Brousseau recently blown the Sea Organization?

    A: Yes, he had.

Q: How did you know he was in Texas?

A: I was informed by my supervisor.

Q: Did your supervisor tell you to go see him?

    A: No, she did not.

Q: So why did you go to Texas to see John?

A: Because he is a very good friend of mine.

Q: But he did not ask you to come visit him?\

    A: No, he did not.

Q: And at the time that you were visiting Mr. Brousseau, is it true that there were a number of vehicles that were sent to the home of Marty Rathbun?

A: I don’t know about “sent.” There were some people who went to see him, yes.

    ….

Q: Who did send those individuals to Marty Rathbun’s house?

A: I don’t know of anybody that sent them. Nobody sent anybody anywhere.

Q: So no one sent you to see Mr. Brousseau?

    A: No.

Q: And were you visiting him as part of your job duties for the church of Scientology?

    A: No, I was not.

Q: How did you get to Texas to visit Mr. Brousseau?

    A: On an airplane.

Q: Who paid for your airplane ticket?

    A: The church.

Q: Did the church also pay for Angie, Bob and Laurance’s plane tickets?

    A: Yes.

Q: And did the church pay for the vehicle that you were driving to go see Mr. Brousseau at the motel?

    A: Yes.

Q: What is a blow drill?

A: The only time that I have heard that term was in receiving media inquiries. It is not a term I was familiar with prior to being asked about it by the media. So the definition I have of it is from the media, which is that people leave and there is some sort of drill by which, that goes into play when they leave.

Q: Have you ever participated in what you have an understanding to be a blow drill?

A: I don’t believe I can answer that question, because I just explained that I don’t know what a blow drill is outside of what the media has asked me. So I could not participate in something that I never heard of until I had been asked it by the media.

Tommy's never heard of "Blow Drill" before? Tommy's letter to SP Times dated November 1, 2009:

I just called my pastor to see if my church would fund a trip for me to see my friends and he said no. I HATE MY CHURCH SO BAD RIGHT NOW.

Lying under oath is a very serious offense.

As if he actually wrote that letter. It uses big words.

Re: Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

Tommy perjured himself in a case that's been dismissed. Unless the Headley's can revive it on appeal, Tommy has nothing to worry about.

Material for lawyers in future cases. No?

Re: Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

Why is it they always get away with it, and the lawyers responsible for digging at the truth never catch the lies?

    They didn't have WWP before?

Part of RTC President Warren McShane's statement made to Riverside County
Sheriff's Department on June 3, 2010. This pretty much confirms the
    scientology "blow drill" tech.

Also contradicts TD's statement that no one sent them to Texas.
BTW the fact that the case was dismissed doesn't mean the perjury evaporates.
    Perjury is however rarely prosecuted.

Re: Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

    Short answer: Incompetent lawyers

Longer answer: Not enough money to pay for better lawyers who can staff the matter with a larger team needed to scour the enormous body of relevant evidence that any litigation involving the Church of Scientology requires

I think anyone serious about scuttling the CoS in court needs to attract competent, serious counsel from a law firm that would be willing to contribute pro bono enough lawyer smarts and resources to do serious damage to the CoS.

    She? Who is Tommy's supervisor?

Re: Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

The lawyer caught ALL of the lies.
    He gave TD enough rope.
The proof of the perjury wasn't going to come from TD, but from other evidence.
This would have made high drama in the courtroom, when the impeaching evidence was sprung on Tommy Boy.
Depositions are done differently than trials.

I'm not sure. Catherine Fraser perhaps? That's who springs to my mind the most.

I caught that too. I would think Frazier or Fraser however you spell it.
Or can it be Muriel DesFresne? (don't know how to spell that one either or if that is her right first name)

Re: Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

I think the "she" reference is a $cilon strategy designed to put distance between the CULT's dark doings and Little Miss Cabbage.

("I haven't received any orders from COB. Oh, no! See...my supervisor isn't even a "he", "she's" a "she".)

    It's a "plausible" deniability thang.

"Plausible" in the minds and fantasy world of the $cilons anyway. ("What's true for you"...)
  29. RightOn Member

Re: Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

yep I agree, but it still could be a "she"?
Of course that she gets orders direclty from DM
  30. Anonymous Member

Re: Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

Not only that, but, Davis gets orders direct from DM too.

The $cilons are mocking up their own reality here.

Of course, if it ever gets to court...another reality may come down on them like a ton of bricks.

    The "religion" of PATHOLOGICAL LIAR-OLOGY.

    How funny!

Maybe he means his wife, Jessica Feshbach Rodriquez. I get the impression that she's ALWAYS the boss.

wonder if he ever sees her lol

    speaking of marriages..
I noticed DM was not wearing his wedding band at the IAS (i think thats what it was)
    So..... nobody questioned that? lol
then again, wearing a wedding band and never seeing Shelly is even stranger
  33. Re: Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

She is when she's wearing the strap-on, that's for sure.

Re: Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

There's no reason to think that they didn't catch Davis in these contradictions; but this is a deposition, which is for use at trial, or for pre-trial motions, such as a summary judgment motion. At trial much would have been made of Davis' contradictions, in order to impeach his credibility. This case never got there though.

Re: Tommy Davis Deposition in Headley Case (extract)

    not to derail.
But I oftened wondered what the Zoners and Indies think about this?
I mean they can say that the stuff they have seen on the net is not true and they believe in what is true for them (sadly) , but there is actual video of Hubbard saying this. Right?
So do they really believe he didn't have a second wife?

ok....back to TD and his lies
