Doxing is not a precise art.. even some of the public databases are incorrect. For example, one 'people search' database will list the age of individuals as 101... showing they have no info to the person's age. To the untrained eye, this is misleading. I've had years of skiptracing experience using a variety of databases, some free and some requiring a minimal payment.. I also have a friend who is a working PI who has his own resources for getting dox on people.. they all come on handy.

Some of those sources require confidentiality.

I'm thinking you are right, they hoped Tommygorman would fight back, as he is a trained boxer. They could probably use that if he did indulge in a little self defense. Tommy knows their game and by not playing, he wins.

When they get desperate they do desperate things. Look what happened to Sparrow, they made shit up about him in court and failed, now trying to beat him down with a civil suit. Tommy does come off verbally as someone who (might) loose it. The cult gambled and lost on that one. Now they have to defend it. It will be very telling what support Christopher John Krzywick gets from them. The video is damming by itself but I do suspect if they put him up to it they will defend him and attack Tommy with everything they got. If he did this on his own I am not sure they would back him unless the can see an advantage to it. They need another legal loos like DM needs to be shortened another 2 feet.

It is known by quite a few people in the Org that Chris has a criminal record. Luckily gossip runs rampant inside that place. If it was known by only a couple I could not post this information or my source would be found out. Of course I don’t have his police report or any dox that prove he was convicted of armed robbery, no one at the church does either. The only dox in the Org would be auditing sessions and interviews where he stated his crime, his sentence and his actions in the crime and circumstances. He tried to join staff what, 5 years ago, the jail term was at least 5 to 10 or more years than that so we are talking at least 10 and probably 15 to 20 years ago. It is my understanding he could have had this removed from his record, is that true? Even so, I would think police agencies would have access to it as in the case of the Gorman assault. I know the crime and the prison term were both in California. I gave you the name without “dox” and research by others found me correct. This other information is also correct whether or not dox are obtainable.

We are dealing with an organization that attacks anyone who in any way exposes its crimes. Even more so its own, they have folders with all their “crimes” to attack members with. This makes it very hard to dox. People who supply dox will get attacked as they are easily traced because few people have access. Think about that when demanding dox regarding this vicious “church”.

I was protesting with Casper at the HGB two years ago when he was punched on the head by a staffer. While filming, Gigi Scudarelli & guard Andy Knapp walked out of the building side by side, walked towards Casper, punched him, then took off running down the sidewalk. (6:17 in the video). What you don't see in the video is, while Gigi is running down the sidewalk expecting to be chased, Andy Knapp is running in the street parallel to Gigi.

One only has to look at Andy's facial expression before the assault, and Gigi's reaction on video when he realized that Casper didn't take the bait.

Yeah, to me that's the remarkable thing -- that having video cameras at a protest isn't actually to deter the cult from attacking... it's to prove that they did it.

(At least in sf, they have plenty of cameras pointing outside the building -- wonder if the video of this attack on Tommy was "lost" or if the camera "happened" to be broken at the time? I'd be interested to know what the cult will tell the police when they ask for the tape. What reason, after all, to tape outside the org except for safety's sake, right? )

When I was a ronbot, and would be given an illegal task by GO/OSA, it would always be with the understanding that if I were busted, I'd be on my own - they'd disavow any knowledge of it, expect me to say I did it totally on my own, and maybe even expel me (for PR reasons). You have an organization whose members are experts at intimidation. Are they are able to do what they do because everyone else follows the rules. Are they experts at skirting the law and also breaking it then intimidating witnesses, which seem to be the case.

Ex members are afraid of outright or subversive attack and/or exposure of things told during “confessionals”.

How do you fight/expose an organization like that, which has unlimited funds and such a conviction that what they are doing is right they have no scruples about breaking the law, intimidation and god knows what other crimes to forward their cause.

If he's facing criminal charges, I believe that the judge can find out about his prior arrests and convictions, even if his record has been expunged, and can use that info in the trial and sentencing.

Considering how unlikely it is that the DA will want to pursue charges, the lack of dox doesn't really bother me. Thanks, Pickle, for the info.
