Well known VPN's that I tried, existed for a while and mostly US servers. Free - Hotspot Shield, CyberGhost Paid - AlwaysVPN, Ace VPN Other than Hotspot Shield, the other free VPN's are slow. Some paid VPN's have been donating bandwidth to China users. I think they may donate if asked. Don't know if their servers can be blocked easily.
