ELLEN VOLUNTEERING IN HAITI

And how do you know those children are going to orgs? Enslaving Haitian children huh? You should probably go to the State Department or the FBI with that info.

Do you really blame them for being cynical?

Perhaps this kid is really going to help out. Perhaps this time the VM effort is to truly help out some "degraded beings" like the millions in Haiti who have lost everything in this tragedy. Perhaps Scientology will, without fanfare send people and money into Haiti to really make a difference.

To my knowledge they have never done that before. They show up, make a big fuss about handing out supplies that other people bring in, do a few "touch assists"and recruit.

Yea just like him i don't expect them to be doing much here beside recruitment and gaining PR. They are always good at making nothing look like something.

I was responding to the wingnut implying that the volunteer ministers were stealing children for slaves. Yes I can blame him for being that retarded.

I think the dude on the left's cap says "Jesus is the way." I'm thinking he'd probably be a teensy bit skeptical of Scn, no?

Hmmm... and just yesterday Lilly had to pull the blog on her blog, on which a recent article titled "Scientology Cult Targets Haiti for Slave Labor" was posted.

How does one find families for 40 orphans in such short term...?

IAMNOTANORPHANAGE, but it's my understanding that the only children allowed out of Haiti are orphans whose adoptions were all but complete prior to the quake.

He was being facetious but it's not like sci has had nothing to do with slavery. Honestly you've gone past "devil's advocate" into "devil's fluffer" territory and it's getting pretty old.

And the records are under a billion tons of rubble. This is just a smoke-screen.

Scientology is a known user of slave labour. They are not suitable adoptive parents; they abandon their own.

American immigration needs to be alerted to this.

When you see a duck, you expect it to quack, you don't expect it to moo.

When you see a vulture, you usually see it circling something that is about to die or picking at its corpse. You do not expect to see a vulture giving CPR to the downed animal.

Yes, I'm fully aware I'm being prejudice.
The sad thing, Scientology has not given me ANY reason to not be.
When they perpetuate the stereotype, its hard to expect anything else...

Sure, they may be young, eager beavers that 'want to help'...
Unfortunately for Haiti, their brand of 'help' is useless touch assists, consuming resources better spent on trained professionals and refugees, and trying to look like white-knights so they can make the world think just how wonderful they all are to aid in their recruiting.

Scientology is known for its human trafficking and no, it wouldn't surprise me to find out that these kids are going to Scientologist families to become Sea Org labor...
Would not surprise me in the least...

Remember, Herro.
Scientologists "helping" means 'spreading the word of Hubbard' and 'KSW'.
I'm sure all the Scientologists involved in Operation Freakout and snow White thought they were doing a service to mankind.

Doesn't look like a VM . His shirt reads Fire and Rescue. How do you run up stairs being that fat anyway?

Looks like the Scions took a sneaky photo op and own the rights to the photo. Medicins sans frontiers have some yellow coloured tent entrances . Wonder if the fat guy agreed?

Re: Vulture blogging from Haiti

Is it possible that the woman collecting the orphans is not connected to scientology, she could be one of the others the scilons cynically brought along to legitimise their flight. She might be with a proper adoption agency.

Then again I suppose it is worth bringing it to the attention of the proper authorities just in case. Let them check it out.
